Working Ethnic of the cashier lady (African American - around 6 ft tall), who has no name tag, needs to be trained on how important to treat customers. I strongly believe this cashier's work integrity are pushing the customers away from this gas station.

The lady didn't let me use the restroom after filling up my gas tank for $50.
I'll never pump gas here again.

The new night shift clerk will never let you use their restroom even you spent $100 on gas. This happened twice.

Came at 7:47 and the worker was extremely rude. I just asked to use the restroom while she chatted with a friend and she said I was rude.
*I am Autistic and it is very hard for me to communicate with strangers. I feel discriminated against because of my Autism.

Rude old lady working in afternoon shift she always refused the costumer when she is on phone while working it happened to me twice already. Another costumer complaint for making her to wait coz she is on her cellphone.

I wish I can give this station a negative 5 star due to unprofessionalism and poor work ethic. Paid for gas and seen first hand the worker asleep behind cashier and had a kobe bryant mask covering his eyes " like dude really a mask is for the mouth not for the eyes" second I came back to get change and he again was trying to fall back asleep and commented Next time have correct change, I dont think he saw that I was driving a box truck and fueling diesel. Maybe next time dont apply if you cant stay up while working hours. Pathetic worker and very lazy, I hope not all worker at this gas station is like the one Ive encountered.

They never have change or Sunny doesn’t likes to count change. 4 out of 5 time I came today he said he didn’t had change.

We've been here a few times, for fill-ups for our cars. Located at the corner of Knott and Orangethorpe. I would've checked in earlier but the address numbers aren't visible so I wasn't sure. I had to check the pics on Yelp.Today was our most recent visit. Clean place. The name of the convenience store is Rocket. Premium gas. $4.75 (non-cash price), $48 to fill up our suv. Cash price: $4.67. The pricing sign is visible at the corner. Lots of stalls. Garbage cans nearby.

Worst customer service ever. Never buying gas there again after they wouldn't cash a $100 lotto scratcher to purchase gas with. Worker said owners policy is to not cash lotto scratchers even though they sell them. I would have given them a -3 if possible. Good Bye lost me as a customer.?

I'd give this station a negative review if I could.The worst service ever. I went to get 30 with gas and gave them 100 lotto scratcher to cash for gas and they said I was company policy they couldn't cash the ticket and apply some to gas and give me cash back. No problem I won't buy gas there ever again. How stupid is that of them not honoring cashing a lotto scratcher to buy gas.

Came to buy a carton of camel crush today. Uriel, the guy working the front counter sold me 1 pack of cigarettes. After the purchase I ask for a carton of cigarettes and he responded that I can't be on the phone and make purchases. So I hung up my phone and ask if I can purchase a carton of cigarettes. His response was we don't have any more cigarettes. I point to the pack of Camel crushes and he said this cigarettes are for display only. So I ask him for the manager's number. He replied it's 1800-get-lost. The worker is really rude and doesn't have any respect for people. Also a customer saw this and said "Wow"
