Worse bank to bank with ! Can’t deposit a check from this bank to my account that’s also from this bank is ridiculous , not open Saturday at any location and no atms anywhere, banks are too far apart , no customer service there’s a reason this place is super empty

Called this location for assistance in my account. First, they got my name wrong and kept calling me by a wrong name. Then was put on hold then said would call back because they were busy. Waited all afternoon and no call back. Either they're forgetful or unprofessional. But bad customer service regardless.
