I went to this location a few days ago. I just had to acknowledge this young lady that works there. Her demeanor and professionalism was refreshing. She spoke well, and was very helpful, thank you Thania.

This is one of those situations where a zero star option would be amazing. These idiots are in charge of prescription medication. I only chose this location to take advantage of a good rx cpn and their drive thru. That said i was unaware that they would be unable to process how a phone works or their own intercoms. As i am writing this i have been in their drive thru pick up for 30 minutes. They had me put my phone in the pick up box so she could type it into their computer system however she didnt pick it up and the screen locked. This is a good time to not there is a computer facing the drive thru however they have opted to use the one facing the walk up window. At one point she started talking with the intercom off and looking at me like i am crazy for not hearing her. Oh they also called yesterday and said they had to call the dr then today when i came to pick up the medicine they say hole on we have to call the doctor. The level of nonsense is unacceptable. They are in charge of peoples health.

I've been in here on multi occasions and I can usually never find anything I need so it will not be missed. It's horrendously organized and the aisle indicators are almost invisible. The primary reason for this review is Elizabeth, and her 'on duty' manager Nicole. did ask for the main manager (Maddielena?), but she was vaguely 'on leave'. Let me also say this could have been avoided with actual training. That or maybe the employees are so indifferent it wouldn't make a difference and I recognize that here. In the effort of time I'll paraphrase: basically I needed an item that was behind the counter, and Elizabeth couldn't find it. In fact she had no idea what I was even looking for. She then handed me off to Nicole. Nicole was combative and condescending the entire time I engaged with her. She was however able to locate what I needed which was directly in front of where Elizabeth was standing. It was only until I asked for Elizabeth's name (to which Nicole told me: "she has a name tag"), that she finally apologized. Wow.

I'm seriously so over this pharmacy! Several times now I get texts saying my prescriptions are ready & I get there & they're not ready! This has happened more than a handful of times & for whatever reason it seems even worse in the last 6 months. Several times now they've given me the wrong dosage on one of my medications. It was making me really out of it so I've only been taking one tablet instead of two & it's been back to normal but that's pretty concerning that the pharmacist doesn't even get the milligrams right. The pharmacist called me on the phone & told me not to take that amount of milligrams with another prescription that I'm taking bcuz it's too much & then they gave it to me again another 2 to 3 more times after that! Also, a couple times they told me that I wasn't ready for a refill for my prescription even though it was time to be refilled bcuz the last time it was filled was a month prior along with my other medications! I just came in & there's no one waiting inside yet the pharmacist told me that it would take between 1 to 1 1/2 hours to get my prescription & it should of been done days ago. I can't believe the disorganization going on with this place! They also sometimes only refill certain prescriptions & not others. They ask you what prescriptions you need refills on, obviously the same ones I had the month before. Whenever you bring it to their attention that I keep being told my prescriptions are ready when they aren't they don't even seem fazed by it or apologize! I try to be forgiving but when there is this much disorganization happening every time I'm in there, then it gets pretty annoying! If I could give no stars I would! I'm tired of this pharmacy! I will be changing pharmacies ASAP!

Whatever u do, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I went here to get my daughter and I the Covid vaccine and the people that work here are SO LAZY!!!! They couldn't handle all the people in line, so the majority of them said they're going on break. Then when it was my daughter's turn to get the vaccine, she was scared. And instead of easing her and guiding her not to be scared, the dumb employee didn't want to deal with it, so she said I'm going on break. No apologies whatsoever and she just left. My daughter started crying cause of the way she treated us. NEVER WILL I GO HERE AGAIN!!!!!

Don't go to Walgreens for Covid testing unless you want to miss your trip. They don't deliver within time limits claimed in their ad. Go somewhere else.

I scheduled my appointment for my covid-19 booster. Was assired that regardless of the signs saying there would be a wait for my vaccination, I would in fact not have to wait. Well, the pharmacist, RIGHT AFTER CHECKING ME IN, went om break. They really don't care. It is an incredibly unprofessional pharmacy.

Very unprofessional. I walked in without my mask for 1 second and she started yelling at me that it's orange county. No shit it's orange county shirlock, but it was a weird way of telling me to put a mask.

This location doesn't have western union. According to the Fed-ex associate behind the counter didnt catch a name but was rude. Informed me it hasn't worked for over a year.

Went for a Covid booster shot made an appointment and waited an hour I left I'm so disappointed in Walgreens right now !!! If you need a vaccination don't go here !

Their Pharmacy will not answer your call. They pick up and put you back on hold or drop your call. I was on hold for a hour straight with them picking up then putting me on hold. I called the store to talk to the manager but the manager wasn't there. They put me on hold to talk to the lead and my call got dropped. My 92 yr old mom needed a Rx that had been in process for 4 days filled. she was out of her medicine. So I needed to find out what the hold up was but couldn't because of there poor Customer service. I will need to find a new pharmacy.

I have been to this store to shop for some coupons I got on my rewards and every time I go and shop I get serviced my a Shift lead named Ruth always it has been a bad experience. She makes me and my sister wait long periods of time just because we have coupons and she expects us to pay together even though we aren't shopping with the same money. Today I went and she clearly told me "next time don't do two transaction because you are holding up the line" I don't think that should be an inconvenience. Since we are there together but not shopping for the same household. She always seems bothered gives me such a bad experience. I work for customer service and I would never make a customer feel like they are an inconvenience to me job I'm hired to do.

Took my son here for a flu shot. Had both my kids with me-one being very young. We had an appointment and it wasn't until I overheard someone asking how much longer that I realized the wait was 1 hour AFTER checking in for your vaccine appointment. Apparently this is so common they posted a sign on the pharmacy window-which you can't see until you have waited in line. No notice online when you book the appointment, or even at the front of the store. So they are in the business of wasting people's time. Not only that, the people waiting in front of me asked how much longer-they had been waiting for 55 minutes- and the worker she asked responded so rudely "we have a sign saying it will be an hour". Save your time and go to rite aid-we walked in and out for his flu shot in 15 minutes!

Waiter here for 1 1/2 hrs for a COVID booster. Had an appointment, there were maybe 5 people in front of the line. The pharmacist was going back and forth to the shot room and then back to the pharmacy side. They were giving shots out of the appointment sequence. The lady that was taking the information for check in didn't know what she was doing....forgot to give us papers to fill out. DO NOT COME HERE! I changed my appointment to Rite Aid.
