Poor customer service it looked like the manager just walked around putting up decorations while she watched the line get outrageously long and didn’t help the ONE bank teller she had, very poor customer skills, makes customers feel uncared for and ignored and this is not the first time I have had this problem

0 would be the best rating! Branches close before closing hours or plain simple wont open during business days, never consider this bank. Giving worst costumer service ever, I first open an account almost 30 years ago and have never seen this lack of disregard for the account customers.

DO NOT!! MAKE AN ACCOUNT with wells fargo had money go out of my account then i having a big problem right now trying to use my card and have money on it and i had 2 people hand up on me and it really bad service and then this is not the first time nether. !!!! And hell no they dont didn't need that star
