Last straw BOFA. Every. Single. Time. I've needed the help of this bank at every branch nationwide, they've made it difficult. Simple notary? Nope. It's a headache every time. Thought I'd give it one more try. And was told no one there would be a witness and no public bathroom for me to use either. What? I'm changing banks as soon as possible. Customer service is LAST on their list of priorities.

Beware of this bank, two weeks ago I opened an account online the next day I went in because they were missing some information at that point they said they had to close that original account which I had put $100 in and they wanted me to open a different account and give them another hundred dollars. I told them as soon as they refunded me the original $100 on my debit card. I would however they said they have to refund it with the cashier check well it's been two weeks I've made three phone calls, keep getting a runaround and I still have not gotten my original hundred dollar cash deposit back. Bank of America you need to do better

My mother and I Had a great experience at Bank of America in La Quinta this morning. We met w/ Jarred Palmquist and he was extremely helpful and very pleasant. B of A needs more employees like Jarred! Great job - thanks again.

This is the worse bank ever! I deposited a check though the ATM like I have done in the past. The check got returned due to it being a third party. I called customer service and they told me that o had to walk into the bank and deposit it inside and that I would not have an issue. I went down and I was told that I can not deposit it and that they couldn't do anything for me. I asked to speak to the manager and she was not professional at all and didn't even try to help. I have two Bank of America accounts and I will be closing them due to the experience I had today!

I been a member for 12 years here. I never was negative on my account never brought a bad check and none of my checks ever bounced. Today they didn't want to check my check for 4000$. Last time I brought them a check that night the service manager override the computer and cashed my check Today a different service manager didn't want to help a customer that has been here for 12 years. I have lot to say so I will not waste my time anymore on here.

The absolute worst thing about this bank is the sound of the outdoor ATM. It is annoying and it hurts my ears. But the people are very friendly. Please fix the noise at the ATM or lower it it hurts peoples ears!!!

Majority of the staff are kind and polite. My major issue is with the door security guard, specifically the one posted on Friday afternoon, 4pm (on 2/26/21). Not only was he extremely rude to elderly guests who were asking him questions (because it was closing time) but he DID NOT ENFORCE MASK WEARING IN THE ATM ATRIUM! There was a jerk of an individual who was not wearing a mask, and when told by other customers to wear a mask, he said he doesn't believe in that stuff (what an idiot). But the security guard did nothing!! Did not ask him to wear a mask, or to leave. And that's a small space, for him to be breathing all over the ATMs, etc. IS THIS THE POLICY OF BANk OF AMERICA?? To not enforce wearing a mask while inside their buildings? using their arms? because if it is, I'll gladly bank elsewhere where I feel safer.

The Mortgage department is a disgrace. Poor communication, no initiative to get anything completed in a timely matter, lack of responsibility and ownership for errors. Files sit on loan officers desks for days on end with no attention. Don't bother trying to contact anyone, they don't return calls or emails. My buyer was under contract for a 30 day close, we are now on day 46 and counting with no close date. Far from impressive. Call your self Bank of Imbeciles.

Over 3 months ago my mother passed away from natural causes. On September 16th I went to the bank (Bank of America La Quinta) to close my mother's account. Previously B of A sent the necessary paperwork to finalize the closure of her account. Stephanie Gonzalez (Relationship Manager) was instrumental in completing this task in a timely and compassionate manner. It was comforting to find someone who went out of their way to walk us thru step by step in completing the paperwork along with the notarized document that was required to finalize this effort.

I came in on the 2nd of the month, which is notoriously busy for most businesses but to my surprise there were 3 tellers and one customer in line ahead of me. I was assisted by Linda who advised that I could withdraw up to $700 at the ATM but nonetheless she was a pleasure. Didn't try to up-sell me any additional credit cards or accounts and completed my transaction in under a minute. The other tellers were friendly and seemed to love their jobs even though most BofA customers are either entitled or old dinosaurs who can't adapt to new online and mobile banking technology. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT online if you don't like waiting yet you can leave a 1-star review on Yelp that isn't even gonna be reviewed by corporate anyways. I'll definitely be back. Thanks for the amazing service.

I have been banking at this location for almost 15 years. Yes, there has been significant management turnover and the branch has remodeled with the tellers tucked safely in the back of the bank. Recently one of the previous managers, Wendy, has returned, the bank's branch financial adviser Michael is also available /accommodating and Esmeralda has been very helpful. There are ATMs inside the location and a drive through that is very convenient. I am pleased to have bank employees who take notice of residents and do everything they can to be of assistance.

Horrible service. Three employees standing at the door to greet customers but would not help process a wire transfer without an appointment! Offered to set an appointment and help us at 2:30. They didn't even disclose that is after the wire cutoff time for wires. Are they trying to force customers to stay away from branches? This is now little respect they have for clients. They sent us to another branch miles away.

Michael did a very good job setting up a difficult new account. We were early for an Apointment but they made time for us to get things done without waiting for our appointed time. Glad to be a new customer to this branch.
