My dealings with John Ford’s State Farm office were brief but I was overwhelmed with how kindly and efficiently they dealt with my issue. The office staff handled things so extremely well. It seems rare today that customer service can de done this well! Thank you so very much!

John is very prompt, nice, accurate, interested, very funny, and gives quick, trustful service. He explains things so that I can understand. I would recommend him to anybody.
His staff are always helpful and friendly, and they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable with water and ice cream cones.
It is always fun to go to his office.

My family and I have been with State Farm John Ford’s office since before I could remember. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Ms. Maria is the most amazing person you will ever meet. She is attentive, honest, and extremely caring. I feel very well taken care of and I know that whatever my situation might be, Maria and the staff at John Ford’s office has me with full coverage (above and beyond the State Minimums 😁)
