You can not get anyone from the pharmacy on the line. No matter how long you wait or how many times to call. Amazing and so frustrating .Go to CVS.

2 hrs ++++ and still no prescription filled. After1 hr in line they could not find prescription, went back after confirming w Dr it was called in wk ago! Waited another hour- Walgreens could not connect w my valid insurance. Totally Incompetent. Going elsewhere. Also, long lines for regular purchases, shelves not restocked, poorly managed, extremely under staffed. One star is too many - deserve Negative rating -SHOP ELSEWHERE -ANYWHERE - TOTAL WASTE OF PRECIOUS TIME

The store itself the employees are awesome but the employees in the pharmacy are the freakin worst !!! So rude and don't even answer the phone and claim that they do if it wasn't for cvs pharmacy my son would have never gotten his antibiotics

They should admit defeat and close this pharmacy. I only use this store when we are staying in the desert for the winter. I have spent an average of 1-2 hours on the phone trying to find out if my prescription hsd been filled. I have never gotten through on my first call. I have been hung up on numerous times while on hold. Last year everyone had Covid so after being told tomorrow I had to call my doctors office and have new ones called in to a different drug store. I was a pharmacy tech up till I retired and this would never happened in our store.

They need to just close this location, the pharmacy is slow, nobody answers the phone, prescriptions never ready when promised. If you're in a hurry don't come here, they aren't open regular hours or days

This place is unbelievable. I sat waiting for a vaccine for 45 minutes and had an appointment..was the only one waiting for a shot. I saw 7 or 8 customers come up and everyone had a problem. Most were told their prescription wasn't ready and they would have to come back... THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. I KNOW ITS NOT THE EMPLOYEES FAULT JUST UNDERSTAFFED!!!!

Alyna should not be a manager. Lack of general business acumen and management skills. I was advised by two separate Walgreens locations that I could do two CashApp deposits to maximize my deposit amount so that I can pay my disabled uncle’s caretaker (who only takes CashApp). When alyna told me I couldn’t, I asked to speak to a manager. Instead of simply saying “I’m the manager and can’t do that”, she goes “I’m the manager, do you not want to do it at all?”. Note to Walgreens: not sure how you select who you promote but I’m sure you could prioritise someone who has customer service skills next time.

Worst pharmacy experience. Made a reservation online for a COVID booster and still had to wait over 90 minutes, along with all the other reservations. Why even have reservations if this is the protocol? Unreal.
