Can someone please teach the employees how to use a debit card as credit with your new processing terminals. I go in on the weekend and “Bruce” who is an amazing guy! Is always accommodating and generous. He also knows how to process a transaction on my debit card as credit. During the week, every morning I go to the store, and depending on who is behind the register, depends on if I buy something here. So please! If this corporation cares at all about their customers….. train your employees.

Closes early due to low staffing, never trust the hours. These folks won’t finish a shift apparently, so I cant get my cigarettes.

Horrible place and service. The workers there are a bunch of rude, disrespectful and RACIST people that don’t wanna be there. Avoid this place and give your business to another place where human decency exists.

Came I on a Sunday and got a few things. After I paid I asked the man clerk what the code was for the restroom and he said there wasn't a code. Then I go to use the restroom and it was locked. He was yelling at me that it wasn't a public restroom and I could by the entire store but he wouldn't let me use it ever. I as a customer I felt horriable and not respected. He could have politely told me that when I asked for a code. Also not to scream and yell at a customer over me trying to open the restroom that never said employees only. So rude and no respect for customers. I will never go there again and make sure people avoid that location.

These employees go on breaks, two at a time, they park and sit in the parking lot smoking cigarettes and say 5 more mins every 10 mins. This has happened 4 times now.

The Great Mask Debate continues. It seems Circle K, regardless of having a full supply of masks at the check stand when you walk into the store, allows customers to roam and shop without masks on. It is daily that I shop at this store location and feel so concerned and threatened by other people’s negligence in concern for other people’s health. This would not be a concern in normal times but it seems most people have so quickly forgotten that we are in the middle of a global pandemic and the president of the United States of America is in the hospital with Covid. If he can get it, so can you. Please enter at your own risk.

I go here every morning and every morning this old guy that works there let’s peopleroam around the store without wearing a mask. I have asked several times if they could please enforce wearing masks since the city requires it and this place just won’t do it. Let this be a warning to all, kids are running through there every morning, this literally just happened at 8:40am on Monday the 14th in September. If this happens again, I’m calling Orange County health services and I’ll have this place shut down. You should be more safe during these times circle K and stop letting customers run your store!

Just waked in to buy an í³ptimo and whatever middle aged man with gray hair working denied me to buy one because he didn't think my ID was me even after giving him both of my addresses and birthday. F****** í³ptimo police l****

The management used to be very nice about 5 years ago. There is an older man and woman that are rude, I live behind the restaurant across the street and have been coming here for years, disappointed.
