Update. Hi. I am now waiting on customer service to respond to the info I sent them last week and address this issue.I am now waitingHi. I waited 3 weeks for invoice Manager Sarah stated I would get asap in order to pay and get reimbursed. When I called several times for 5 days the location forwarded by call to other location that could not help with me questions. Unprofessional manager and a lack of customer service should not be a norm at Enterprise. I am still waiting for customer support or at least a return call from Sarah.

Zero Stars. Had 10:00 reservation for a carin Laguna. Called local number to arrange pickup 15 times between 8 am when they opened and 8:40 when phone was finally answered by Newport. They said they would pick me up at 10, which of course will make me late to my next appointment. By 10:20 they hadn't arrived so I called local office and they said they called me twice to confirm. There was no record of any calls from them on my phone. Why would they call me to confirm a pick up I had just set up a half hour earlier? When I tried to explain this to the office person we got into a confrontation and he said - I won't rent a car to you. And - we're not giving you a ride back home either. So I had to Uber out of there. Thanks guys. Enterprise just lost a customer permanently.

Timothy displayed amazing customer service skills and is very customer oriented. His customer service skills should be the standard for customer service everywhere. When it came to picking up the vehicle he spent time showing me where the buttons and controls of the vehicle is located, showed me all the prior damages, and did a walk around the vehicle with me, so I can checked for damages he might have missed. When it came to returning the vehicle I was having issues with some of the payment with the insurance company that provided me the rental (completely the insurance company's fault). I tried contacting the insurance company and couldn't get a hold of the adjuster. I let Timothy know what was happening and he reached out to the adjuster until he was able to get hold of him. Timothy still couldn't get the issue resolved with the insurance company and eventually he came up with a resolution himself that worked out to my favor. Honestly if yelp had an option Timothy would get 10 stars out of 5 stars. Honestly I couldn't thank Timothy enough for taking away burden that the insurance company was creating.

I came to drop off my rental and the brunette girl said she needed my ID to return it. So I go home and come black with my ID and give it to her and she says "oh we don't need your ID to return the vehicle" what's annoying is that the man who initially rented the vehicle to me was standing right there, but did not say anything before I drove all the way back to my house on a Monday morning to grab the ID that I did not need. Usually have a good experience at enterprise locations, but I think I'll try avoiding this one if possible. They are not very helpful.

We had a great experience with this enterprise rental location. Although we were there at a non bust busy time everything went smoothly and we were upgraded to a new vehicle after explaining our situation with the representative named Chris. He was more than courteous and helpful. The exit street can be busy and caution must be followed but it is navigable. I would recommend this rental agency.

This is thy worst Enterprise Rent-A-Car. They hardly ever have cars , employees are never there. The location is hard to find & dangerous to pull out in traffic on Laguna Canyon. You’ve been warned!

Like many people in LB, I don't own a car (yet). And because of the pandemic, I've stopped using public transit. Car rentals have been the safest mode of transportation aside from owning my own car. Enterprise Rent-A-Car has one of the most competitive prices out there. The cars are also very clean. I've rented their Chevy Spark 4 times so far, and it's been great every time. The gas mileage has also been great, too.

By far the worst rental experience I have ever had. Reservation is for 3pm, show up at 2:50pm. No one there. Get a voicemail someone is on his way. 3:10pm guy shows up but then spends 20 mins helping a customer figure out how to use a turn signal, windows, locks, radio etc etc. At 3:30pm ask politely how much longer and he freaks out like I am going to mug him (Angel). Finally at 3:45pm Angel comes to me and tells me he needs to clean the car at which point I was beyond fuming. Best part he wanted me to have sympathy for him. So he then goes and cleans the car but guess what, he brings me a compact when I ordered a full size. Finally over an hour after showing up I had a car and got the hell out of there. Never going again, highly advise you don’t go unless you want to waste your time and deal with a bunch of incompetents

Please update your info in your online confirmation as to not waste anyone else's time and money. I booked a rental online and the confirmation said to be at this location at 11am. When I get there at 11am, through an Uber, this office is closed. I called the number on the door, to see where I needed to go, their customer service told me that the office I'm at is closed and I needed to go to a different location. By the time I could of gotten to the "correct" location, that office would of been closed too, so I just booked with another rental place.

This was, by far, the best experience I have ever had renting a car. The two gentlemen that picked me up before and dropped me after the rental were great. Emily, the associate who got me set up with the car, checking it out, checking it in, and taking care of all the paperless paperwork was absolutely excellent. I was definitely pleased with how easy and painless the whole experience was. The car itself was almost brand new, and so it worked as one would expect. If I should ever need to rent a car again in this area I will definitely use Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Laguna Beach.

The staff was so nice, helpful, and very sympathetic to my situation in dealing with Farmer's insurance(not my insurance company but the company of the person who hit my car). They are so professional and friendly and went above and beyond. I would definitely get a rental from them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs a rental car.
