Ordinary clothing, nothing that has an edge as far as styling.Quality of the clothing is fair to poor.

Such a nice store with an excellent staff. Just recently purchased a hat there- I love it! It’s so lightweight and stylish. Will be wearing this hat for years to come.

I really like their comfy lounge clothing. Their prices are a little steep but I found 4 items on the sale rack on my first visit there. Unfortunately 2 weeks later the knit sweatpants by PJ Salvage started to unravel. I went to return them for credit but the manager (La Jolla location) would NOT return them! First she said the store does not take back sale items. And then she actually accused me of snagging them on something which was terribly offensive. Unfortunately this store DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. Nice clothing but POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My complaint is with the Sunny Days store in Manhattan Beach ( couldn't find a yelp page for that location) But... my complaint is similar to the other one-star reviews. Terrible customer service. Purchased a Wallaroo brand hat in the store.. got home and it was so toxic smelling we had to put it outside. Called the manager the next day and the reply was classic....Gee, no one else has ever mentioned that. Terrible customer service. Had to throw away the hat. $60 loss.

Used to love this store. Would visit every time we came to town. Bought dress for daughter that the strap broke off iphone first wearing. Staff at Laguna Beach store were terrible in handling this issue. Will never shop there again. It's truly a shame. Customer service is EVERYTHING and that staff doesn't get it.

Today I was browsing in the store location in La Jolla . I was visiting my mom who lives a few blocks away , and this is where I grew up. I entered the store and the sales person didn’t look up from the counter but gave me a “welcome” . Not engaging . I was the only person in the store. As I browsed , she made no effort to interact with me . I liked the look of the store and was considering buying a purse. I tried to engage with her , asking if this store was a chain or boutique . She responded it was a chain and then returned to the counter to look at her phone. I continued to browse ( she totally ignored me ) Two other customers entered the store - she greeted them in the same manner , but then I heard the customer ask the same question - is this a chain store? And her reaction was completely different . I wondered why she was so engaging and nice to them, and basically rude to me. Well , when I looked at them it was obvious they were super stylish and appeared to have money. I was in more casual walking attire , and recovering from hip surgery so trying to walk around in heels and even wearing jeans was not comfortable . I’m not wealthy , but I was looking for a purse, and I liked a lot of clothing that I would have been willing to spend money on. Another more casually dressed, over weight woman came in and was also ignored and seemed to feel uncomfortable , and left. I have been in high end retail for over 30 years , and learned to always treat customers. equally- you don’t know if your customer is a millionaire , a lookie Lou or a poorer person looking for a splurge . Even if you think a person is not going to buy , you are there to engage, and at least be polite. I left ( still ignored ) was not given a thank you or have a good day. And the irony was the giant sign posted on the door looking for employees . Customer service , engagement , etc at the top of what was to be expected for the job. The employee at this location did none of this. The store was well merchandised and I liked the inventory, yes many items were not in my price range , but I did not deserve to be treated as a non- customer based on my looks or attire, so now your company has lost a potential new customer. I was in the store Friday , Jan 28th around 11:30 am. My sister arrived later that day and I told her of my experience , and she said. -Well, I won’t be shopping there. And she could have purchased whatever she wanted - so your company missed out - Don’t judge a book by the cover . Hopefully the new hires won’t be rude and snobby as your current employee.

Extremely disappointed! Bought over $200 worth of clothing for a Christmas present on 12/20. When we attempted to return the items on 1/24, they said it was 4 days beyond their return policy and wouldn't even allow store credit. So silly because we probably would have bought even more clothing beyond the store credit. Always loved their clothes and have modeled for them in a large fund-raising fashion show. My Assistance League colleagues have previously worked at Sunny Days and I have purchased clothing there and held the boutique in high regard. However, this experience has really soured me and I will never go in there again. Rest assured, I will pass this message along to my ALCV members.

LOVE this boutique! They have amazing dresses for all occasions, as well as cute tops and jackets. Cindy the owner makes great suggestions, and she is so friendly and stylish herself! I'm addicted to buying clothes from here, and it's dangerous for my wallet but every piece is a great addition to my wardrobe. I wear everything that I buy from here often, and I always check their Instagram page for new stuff.

Do not shop here if you want a store that stands behind their merchandise and values customer loyalty. I have been shopping here for years, and I recently bought a dress here that I wore ONCE to the pageant. After this, I noticed it started ripping. Upon trying to return it (or even get it fixed), their answer was since I had purchased it more than 30 days ago, I was out of luck. I guess they are relying on tourists who will buy something and leave. Not the kind of shop that values or respects locals and not a store I want in my town.
