* For the Florist Department*I received this beautiful floral arrangement today. It was a delightful surprise. Thank you Ash, Jannel, and Wendy for putting together a beautiful arrangement. Also, huge thanks for alway keeping the flowers looking bright and beautiful for us, when we walk into the store. Very welcoming.

When I'm in town on vacation we always come to this location for groceries shopping. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The store always appears cleaned and organized. The only complaint is when calling. I called in to find out something at the bakery and got to meat department, then transferred to another extension to ended at meat department. You need to check that the extension are not missed up.

Worst pharmacy ever!!!! Rude pharmacists, take too long to fill prescriptions. Today they haven't answered the phone all day. Complained to store manager, am switching all prescriptions to CVS. The only nice people are the substitutes who cover the 2 pharmacists.

Here is always good quality meals and service and even chicken and salads are fresh and healthy and delicious delightful flavors and textures and a male staff is good service too

Worst Muzak ever makes for a poor shopping experience. Can't think straight because the vocals are blaring through. They pay a music l service and in the end the shopper pays for it. If you shop Trader Joes or Bristol Farms you notice the music sounds good and isn't dominating your concentration. Here at Pavilions Laguna you are subjected to really bad pop and it's at a level just above acceptable...enough to make me angry.

This review is for bakery department and Susan (head of spirit/liquor department). The staff at this bakery department are amazing!!! For a few years now I have been ordering my kids cakes and treats I bring to family/friends gatherings. Every time I call a special order, the person on the other end take their time to listen to my requests. The best and most important part; all the bake goods are fresh and delicious. I tend to pre order their large fruit tart to either bring or serve and everyone raves about how beautiful and delicious it is. Also for holidays, I stop in and buy their small cakes and pies to gift to neighbors and for my family. And they are always a hit!!Susan, the head of the spirit/liquor department is awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She also brings in some pretty good - hard to find whiskey/bourbon. I know this is not high end bakery or a boutique store. But they're doing a great job and should be recognized in this platform as well.

Beautiful store beautiful area, it's so nice here. It's clean it's roomy. Large aisles. It's kind of like a hidden gem, I didn't even know it was over here until today. We purchased a delicious cake. And fresh flowers!

Wow I am so disappointed and disgusted in the behavior of a couple of the employees at the location. I came here yesterday for the first time to fulfill a DoorDash order, and I will certainly never be back. My local pavilions is great, but the two women working in the deli section on January 11th at 1pm need to be fired. I had two sandwich orders to place and was treated so rudely and disrespectfully I couldn't believe what was happening. I showed one of them the sandwich order on the app and she said she doesn't know what that means and I need to show her the correct order. I said I'm sorry for the confusion but this is what I was given to order, no other instructions. She then spoke to me very condescendingly as if I am slow, rudely saying you need to scroll honey. I said mam, there is nothing to scroll this is the entire thing. She scoffs at me as if this is my fault and keeps berating me as if I don't know how to do my job. The coworker was encouraging her and staring at me which made me even more uncomfortable. It is not my fault if the order is vague, I did not place the order so I do not know the specifications either. There is absolutely no need for employees to be blatantly rude to customers, I am disgusted with the behavior of these two woman. When she was handing me my sandwich another woman approached with a wheel of cheese and kindly asked if they cut cheese in the back; however, the employee turned and snapped at her saying she's clearly helping another customer and she needs to be quiet and wait. WOW!!! She literally gave me my sandwich and I was about to leave, plus there's no need to speak that way to a customer. The customer stood up for herself and said the employee doesn't need to speak in that tone with her to which the employee held her ground and started a fight. Then, the other coworker goes and tattles to the manager but completely misconstrued the situation acting like customer was in the wrong and saying bad things about the customer. I waited for her to leave then told the manager that she was lying and it was the two employees who were being rude. When I left the store another customer approached me to say thank you for saying something because she too has experienced the rude behavior of these two employees in the deli section. She said she comes daily to the store and that these two women consistently make it hell for shoppers. I have no idea how these two people still have a job, and I would be happy to discuss this further with management if they decide to actually do something about the parasites at this location. I will certainly not return to this pavilions, and I can only hope Pavilions cares about its customers enough to do something about the horrible behavior exhibited by these two employees.

So,.... Apparently basic safety and food safety standards are utterly ignored here.A guest brought in their husky dog into the store. No one did anything. The dog urinated all over the floor. Still the staff and manager do not have the pet owner leave.Then the dog,....... (Pooped) This doesn't include the damaged and broken products left smashed around the store from the dog hitting a display. Dog poo and piss on the floor and the store manager is either prohibited from enforcement of safety protocols or they are too hard to enforce- or the Safeway/Albertsons/Vons brand is not supporting its staff. Lol. Really. When you are letting stranger's dogs tinkle and poo on your floor - what are we supposed think? Let's go buy $600 bottle of KRUG champagne and a some $38 dollars a pound Parma from that store? UPDATE:Dear Dawn,I we do not need to address this with anyone. People bringing their pets into a store - has become a common problem. It's not your fault customers have this problem. I used to shop at the pavilions over at Aliso Viejo - over by the Walmart - I was so excited when it changed. You had a new meat market with wonderful Parma meat! But no one would cut it or there was no staff in the area to help. I know it's a minor issue - but we used to try to shop there and it got to be to much of a total waste of time because I could not find staff to assist to buy product and we just stopped going due to that and people and pets in grocery carts going around the store. I have a dog. It's a medically certified support animal and a trained service dog and even I don't bring them into a grocery store. I know it's a hard call but someone has to start taking a serious stand with customers who do this. I WILL NEVER want to buy groceries of any type if it's around peoples pets,.... I know it's a difficult thing to do,.... And customers are very difficult,.... But the issue has only gotten worse as more people feel entitled to do anything they please. I hope you are able to help management and offer support to help address unsanitary and food safety issues - especially as it deals with and addresses problem customers.Puuuuuulease just pop an update here so I can adjust the review to add stars and delete the above. I do not always review my 1 star adventures. Pets around food in stores and restaurants is my biggie. (I've also worked in food service) I know how hard customers and customer service can be - but I used to manage in retail and "training" is always an ongoing exercise. For everyone. Every day. This review is for the premade foods. Whoever made these is a great chef. I got the ribs and the ham and turkey boar's head sandwiches. Ribs were sooo good they tasted like they're made at a bbq restaurant. Sandwiches were good as well especially with the rye bread and with the mayonnaise and mustard packages. I was very pleasantly surprised with the food quality at this pavilion. Hope the food here is consistently this good. Kudos to this place. Keep up the great work!

Poor Customer service on the phone. You will be rerouted to Asia jane #199 says she is the manager, but don't know if this store has enough money $900. Sincerely I'll never use western union again !!!
