TLDR: miscommunication somehow between All-Ways moving company & Budget about my truck, but excellent customer service from All-Ways that made up for it
I reserved a Budget cargo van a week prior, and the evening before I was scheduled to pick up my the truck, I receive a call saying there’s no truck available. I was very stressed about the situation because I was moving the next day. I learned that All-Ways is a small moving company that is contracted through Budget, and that there was an error where Budget allowed me to rent a truck that this company did not actually have. This company worked with me to find a solution so that I can still move. While the solution was obviously not as ideal, I really appreciated their customer service to make sure that the situation was amended.

Moved me from Riverside to Utah. I hired movers yet still had to help unload at my destination. For the price, not at all worth it. Also nothing was wrapped, mattress and couch got dirty. I would not recommend this company.

Absolutely as easy a move as possible. I made all arrangements on the phone. Since they bill by hour, there was no need for an estimate.
The guys we had were professional and knowledgeable (about how to dismantle or partially dismantle furniture to get it out the door).
If possible, get three movers. More money per hour, but the move takes a lot less time, because if one guy is taking a bed apart the other two are not only still carrying things, but can still take something like a couch, that requires two peop.

I had a brief yet terrible experience with this company. I booked at 16' moving truck - a week in advance through Budget. On the morning of the move - 1 hour before I was scheduled to pick it up - they called me and said they don't have the truck I reserved; offered a larger one at the same price. Then, they said they couldn't do that and offered a smaller truck at a discount. I asked for the discount, and they told me they couldn't tell me until we entered into a contract. I told them this is not the way I do business: transparent and upfront pricing is non-negotiable. Thankfully, I called Budget Truck Rental directly and they cancelled this reservation without any costs.

These guys really saved us on our move. Another truck company weren’t able to honor our reservation and did not have a truck for us at the last minute and All Ways saved the day. Truck was great and the staff was very helpful. Thank you All Ways!!

Was able to drop off one-way Budget rental truck. Friendly enough guy made cursory inspection, no receipt for drop off.

A+ hosts for Budget truck rentals! I've become a regular rental customer for use with the volunteer work I perform and definitely recommend renting from them. My situation is a bit interesting and can be stressful, so it is wonderful to experience a pleasant truck rental transaction. Eddy is a pleasure to do business with. He is honest, knowledgeable and down to earth. He was very respectful yet accommodating with my situation (thank you again)! I haven't used the moving services yet, but two of the employees saw me struggling to transfer an item into the 26' truck I had rented and graciously assisted me (thank you again as well) Now I'm looking into renting storage space from here!

I have used them a few times to move high end furniture about 50 miles one way. Each time the men were very professional did an excellent job. They showed up early, had great attitude, and were very well prepared with packing materials and blankets. All my furniture was well protected and arrived undamaged. They are my go to movers.

Once they have your goods they up the price . Then they don't deliver on time . I'm stuck in a hotel for 7 extra day's, my pets are at a boarding facility , the extra cost to me is 1,600.00 . They don't care , in the contract they have 7 day's to deliver after he scheduled date . The original bid was 5,800.00 after they loaded my house they hit me with 9,200.00 that's 3,400.00 higher . You can't get anyone on the phone , I called 40 times with no answer .

Look here for your moving needs and you don't need to go anywhere else. The packers and movers took great care of my household goods. They were on time, courteous, willing to help with anything and they worked with enthusiasm to get the job done right. On top of how great their service was, they charged half as much as the other moving companies. I can't say enough good things about them. Hire them and don't look anywhere else.

Amazing! And who can say that about a moving company?! Super affordable, friendly staff and honest. We used them for packing and moving to a different state. They made it happen so fast, and even asked if they could arrive early. Can't recommend them enough.
