We were in town for a family wedding when my mother-in-law’s hearing aids suddenly stopped working. We arrived without an appointment and in a bit of a panic. Patty and Kristin were absolutely wonderful — they greeted us with compassion and patience, quickly helping us get back on track. They even offered loaner hearing aids, just in case.
Thanks to their kindness and expertise, my distressed mother-in-law left the office with her hearing aids restored and a genuine sense of being cared for. I cannot recommend this team highly enough!

I went with my husband and was impressed with the entire process. From the moment you enter the office, you are treated warmly and with a great deal of professionalism. Kristen could not have been more patient while thoroughly explaining every part of the process. We cannot recommend Connect Hearing more highly. Thank you!

Took my 4-year old hearing aids in because they weren't connecting to my phone anymore. I expected to hear that the technology was old and they needed to be replaced, but they just cleaned the parts that go into the ears and everything worked well again.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Kristin explained everything to me, answered all my questions, and listened to my responses to her questions and gave me the best product for my needs. Great follow-up visit also with some minor adjustments. I highly recommend this place!

Kristin helped me get much better hearing. My old hearing aids were uncomfortable and didn’t do nearly as good a job, especially in noisy environments. Using Roger has been a game changer

The whole experience, from pleasant receptionist to testing and hearing aid selection and activation with Kristen Dennis was 5-star quality. Not only did Kristen make testing easy and smooth but she was a good listener and met all my hearing needs. I STRONGLY recommend this facility to all with hearing issues. Parking is free as well :-)

I had a broke wire that they replace quickly for a reasonable cost (out of warranty). Very professional. Very thorough. Very friendly.
Yes, they are in the business of selling you hearing aids, but it is not a hard sell. I said 'no' to new, opted for the repair of my 4-year old hearing aids, and Kristen didn't argue the point.
And, yes, they do validate.

All anxiety and apprehension was immediately removed from the initial hearing tests to the fitting. Kristin and staff were genuinely attentive and caring about my comfort.

I was taken by Alina & Parry with there warm smile and friendly welcome. I can now hear and I thank them for all they done and continue to do. I highly recommend them for anyone that has a hearing problem.
