The dude working the Xmas Tree Lot with the epic handlebar mustache was such a peach!! Let me have the Christmas Tree lower branch trimmings they'd neatly collected in a basket. I upcycled all that lovely greenery, giving it new life in the form of a wreath! Many tree lots (and basically every company in general these days!) want to nickel and dime every person for every last cent and will charge for these cuttings; others will waste this small but precious resource just tossing these beauties in the garbage. Not everyone has the time or skill to custom make a wreath and would prefer to buy a wreath ready made for them. Home Depot and I happily fit into the middle of this: no wasted tree trimmings, no ridiculous up charging, no need to buy some mass produced wreath, just a lovely day spent outside making something cool out of something saved from the landfill which I hadn't needed to pay for and feeling grateful! Thank you handle bar mustache guy at Home Depot!

Home Cheapo more like it. Home Depot sells a ton of inferior products. It wants to cater to the Trades, but doesn't really sell what the trades want. Especially when it comes to the plumbing section. Most plumbers won't touch drain cleaners products mostly because we know what it does to your pipes. Home Depot couldn't care less about you or your pipes. They'll sell you their cheapest garbage disposal at $124.00 but they took the cord so you have to buy that too. Another $20. So, your paying $150.00 for the disposal plus labor. A plumbing supply house will sell you the same one with the cord attached for $105. Home Depot caters to Handymen.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! There are 2 other Home Depot's near by, I suggest you go to any other Home Depot unless you enjoy rude, unhelpful service. I couldn't find anyone to help me and walked around for 10 minutes. I finally went to another department where the worker was having a personal conversation with someone Z i waited and she finally asked if she could help me and i said i have been walking around for help and there is no one here. Her response was "That is not my department " I then said well who can help me because i have been looking for help for 20 minutes? She said "I guess I can page someone" like it was a hassle. I then waited another 10* minutes and i went back and said no one came and she shrugged her shoulders and said "What do yo want me to do About it"? I finally had to go to customer service and ask for the store manager to get help. After they were helping me i told the department manager i wanted to complain about her and he said he would be right back and never came back. All this is on back of yesterday the same store didn't return $1300'for a returned refrigerator and the Customer Service guy said i didn't exist in the system. I have been going to Home Depot for 35 years and this store is by far the worst one. Go to one of the other nearby ones, you will be glad you did.

One of the Home Depot deliver guys was spending driving like crazy on the corners. I know it is early 6:55 am but still it is a parking lot not a highway.

They have a rat problem. I bought a big bag of bird feed sunflower seeds and a smaller bag of another. I had to throw it over my chest to carry it out since it was the extra large size. On my way home I reeked of rat! It was all over my hands and my fresh shirt. I had just gotten out of the shower with fresh clothes! I had to wash down the bags on the drive way and hurry to throw those clothes in the laundry. I was supposed to pick up dinner take out on top of that. There's a little hole in the bag that I supposed the rats were nibbling on. You guys shouldn't be selling feed if you have rats ! I'm not convinced that they are not aware of the issue for it to smell that bad. Has to be weeks if not months of rats on those bags. Pissed off. Great operation you have there !

This 5 star review is for Sandra at the customer service counter. Just a very happy and pleasant employee! Handled my return with ease and we laughed at the possibilities of a different return issue. Always nice to have a positive interaction at any business but HD has to deal with so many irate customers these days. Customer service/returns has to be tough.Sandra, thank you for working what must be a difficult location in a busy store

Everything was ok except for the employee that randomly wanted to tell me about" President Biden was replaced by a robot just look at home walking on the grass." Um...sir I just need a lock from my door Really weird and not sure if this something promoted at this home depot or if this is someone that seriously needs help. Either way home Depot in not joking. This was truly disturbing.

Stopped by this evening to pick up a few storage containers and an HVAC filter and also look at the washer and dryer sets. We spoke with Eric in plumbing about a set of Samsung appliances, washer and dryer, Eric stated that the appliance person, Eva, would be in at 11am on Sunday as he did not want to take a sale from her, which was very loyal and dedicated on his part. My wife asked Eric a few questions, and then we went to look at the containers on the aisle Eric pointed us to. In the meantime Eric called Diana the manager to see if he could save us a trip back tomorrow and write up the washer and dryer as they were both on sale which would save us approximately $500 and free delivery. Diana agreed to assist Eric, and we were able to purchase the Samsung Washer and Dryer and set up free delivery in the beginning of April. Eric and Diana were so gracious and helpful, and we so appreciated the dedication and commitment to completing our transaction and saving us quite a bit of money. I highly recommend this Home Depot location and of course Eric and Diana. Top service and dedication to customer satisfaction.

After waiting in garden for 20 min after a loader was called bY the cashier and not seeing anyone working in garden, I called and the female who answered the phone idiotically states, " Well go tell the cAshier." I did tell her the cashier had called a loader when I arrived 20 min ago.

Just went here. Our microwave died after just 2.5 years and we had a 7 year warranty on it so the warranty paid us $279 to buy a new microwave. We had to pay $140 for installation ($20 over what is was at time of purchase) and $75 for new warranty. Also, we went to customer service to pay and they wouldn't apply a military discount because they said it was a special deal. When we asked if an item is on sale does the military discount apply and they said yes! How is that different!? So basically we had to pay $123 for a microwave that only cost $268. Total bs! My father shops there 2-3 times per week and we will not be going there anymore. Terrible

The best experience here, came in looking for plants for my home. This was new to me so I wasn't sure how to care or what I was doing. Luckily John happened to be in the plant section. Super sweet man, and very knowledgeable in gardening. He was able to help and teach me some things about planting that I did not know. I really appreciate all his help, such a nice older man. ThankYou John! You are appreciated!

I went in to buy a Milwaukee combo tool kit. When I asked for help from an older white female worker, she responded with a horrible rude attitude. Maybe I wasn't the skin tone she wanted to talk to but I was nothing but respectful to her. Her response was "I don't know what you're looking for without a SKU."Obviously they should have people that know their products and apparently she didn't. I'll never go back to that Home Depot.

Came here with my daughter to look at plants for Lunar New Year. Was browsing around until I heard someone yell "DO NOT CLIMB ON THE LADDER!!!" I look over and I see my daughter running over to me frightened. We are literally over 20 ft apart and she was already right next to me when I heard the yelling. I look over and the older female employee looks over at me stating she was halfway up the ladder. My daughter looks at me and said she only touched it. I looked at the employee and said "Even if she did climb up, you did not need to yell at my daughter. You could've said, please don't climb on the ladder." Her response, "She was halfway up the other ladder as well." "That's funny. I was back there and I didn't see a ladder. Do not lie. And again, you did not need to raise your voice at my daughter. You're very rude." I didn't raise my voice at her but was very stern. She just threw her arm up and walked away before I had a chance to ask for her name. Another woman walked over to me and said she saw my daughter touching the ladder while looking at the seeds. She never once climbed on the ladder. I told her I know. My daughter knows not to climb on it. We go to Home Depot for our plant needs and she knows not to do it after the 1st time. We won't be returning to this location.
