The Team at OC Bike Garage are absolutely fantastic! They’re super supportive, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and always ready to lend a hand. We had some issues with our new bikes that we bought elsewhere, and they didn’t hesitate to reach out to the manufacturer and sort things out for us. We were planning to exchange the bikes for replacements, which would have been a hassle and time-consuming process. But OCBG saved us from all that trouble!

The team did a great job! I had a busted rear hub which was back ordered. They helped me out and transferred one from a new wheel they had in stock and got me back on the trail ?.

I set an appointment at OC Bike Garage today because yesterday the brakes on my e-bike failed and I crashed into a bridge on the trail. I use my bike as a daily driver because my transaxle is busted and I am saving up the 4000.00 I need to fix it. Not only were the gentlemen working there super polite, they also helped me out as soon as possible within the same day. My new brakes are amazing and work wonderfully! I also bent my fork which caused the headset compression to be too weak and they helped me out with a different compression cap for free. I highly recommend this company and it will be my new go to for my bike and all bikes I have in the future! God Bless!

When I called for an appointment to have my bicycle repaired and mentioned I was on vacation the gentleman I spoke with said he would be able to repair it the same day. I returned in a few hours and it was ready to go and for less money than he had originally quoted me. Thank you so much I had a beautiful ride on the back bay the next day. !! My bike worked great !
