Really used to love this store but they have made it clear they are not going to enforce the governor's mask order. So - no more shopping here. My life is more important than the products that I can buy here, even if I can't find it anywhere else. They say they are not the police and can't (won't?) enforce the mask order on customers coming into the store. But - Gelson's enforces it, so it's not like it's impossible. Trader Joe's appears not to care about its customers' health. Goodbye, Trader Joe's. For the anti-mask cult, I guess you know now where you can go spread your germs.

When I used to live in Laguna Hills I would go to this traders. This one is really nice now ever since they moved across the street to a larger space. Now, you aren't playing bumper cars with people. Food has always been good here. A few times I came home with bad produce but it was rare. I love their wine selections.

I love coming to this Trader Joe's after they moved to this physically larger building (across the parking lot from their previous location). Even before the pandemic, I liked coming here because the store is larger than any Trader Joe's I've been to, which makes is much more enjoyable to shop in. Other than that, it seems that this store is usually fully stocked on items... maybe it's because its bigger location, but I just seem to always find everything from staple items to the hot new items/seasonal favorites. The store associates are nice and friendly and I just love having more space to shop at this location. During these times, it's even more helpful to have the physical space between you and another person. The chips and condiments aisle do seem to be the same spacing as other storefronts, so the larger space doesn't help with that, but the bread, alcohol, and fresh produce areas are very spacious and far apart. Love this TJs!

Haven't been to TJs for at least 6 weeks because of social distancing. There are a lot of things I cannot find in other stores so I finally went today. The whole store is a clean, well oiled machine. They are not only regulating the number of customers in the store, but they have a lot of crew stocking shelves, etc, and everyone doing their job with energy and a smile on their face. I find that TJ is cheaper for a lot of things. So glad I got out of the house and went today.

Thank you for doing a great job of keeping the store well maintained and to make it mostly possible for people to get what they are looking for. They limit the number of people allowed in the store at one time and help you sanitize your hands before and after you leave the store. The 2 per limit is reasonable. Hope that other stores are following this model. As a reminder to everyone during this time please keep your distance and be kind to one another especially the workers who are putting themselves out there so we can have our essential daily living products. Be safe!

Kudos to the "Traders Joe's" team. As the spread of the Coronavirus has progressed, this organization has met the challenge and has been way ahead of other stores etc. From the door you are greeted with an employee with hand sanitizer, this employee only admits (5) customers into store when (5) leave maintaining "social distancing". This practice plus increased cleanliness, friendliness courteousness, in these tough times. My hat is to the entire organization & especially the employees in the Laguna Hills store & their entire above board customer service

Love this place, if it wasn't for Trader Joe's and LA Fitness. I'd never leave the house.

I am always treated with kindness by the workers there, regardless of the location. Additionally, I’m addicted to their organic olive oil popcorn. Apart from that, they have the best snacks. ?

Hi guys, you need to upgrade your shopping carts. They are old, clumsy and loud. We got used to new, mostly plastic, comfortable shopping carts at everywhere else. Please start with South Orange County locations. Thx

Kaylean helped us check out today, she was so friendly and she had a great we sense of humor! We really enjoyed our trip to the store today. We invested in the best corn salsa around and some really good dried mango! I highly recommend trying out the wine aswell!

Really like the new store. Much bigger, better parking and See's candy is next door. The service at TJ's is always great. We do the great majority of our shopping there.

Great service! They are always nice to greet me when I enter the store and why they help me bag my groceries. I love the sweet potato and cauliflower gnocchi, the chocolate wafers are amazing! They have dried persimmons here and they are so good!!!!!

I'm new to the area and went to this TJ location for the 1st time today! What a disappointment it was! I am originally from LA and was so used to the upbeat, friendly vibe and this was a completely different atmosphere! Your own staff didn't want to be there! They were looking at the clock talking about leaving. It was a 360 degree difference for me. I'm so sad! I miss all my TJ friends! Weirdest part.... they don't even serve coffee samples! Just water! I'm actually offended! It's not the TJ I know who encourage tastings so we fall in love and want to buy more! Apparently, customers were taking advance of the system by bringing their own tumblers and filling them but why take away coffee samples for everyone instead of just putting up a sign that forbids it. How lazy and unfortunate! This location is not the warm, friendly, generous store I am used to. Good thing there are other locations near by because I will never shop here again! Although, it doesn't seem like a big deal, whoops, no free coffee samples - to me it's the principle! It's totally weird and unwelcoming! Boo on you!

Above and beyond. Lexi was so sweet today I had my 2 week old and she asked if I needed help out, I said no thank you. She insisted and said she would feel better if she could help load my car. It's hard enough trying to grocery shop for your family and with an infant it's even more challenging. Good deeds do not go unnoticed, Lexi you are a rockstar!!!

I love pretty much any Trader Joe's I go to so I'm an easy sell. This store, like any of there other locations, is filled with friendly faces and great food. I haven't gotten to really become familiar with anyone working there yet, but now that its one of my main stops I'm sure it's just a matter of time.

TERRIBLE. I shop here every week and have now brought home the third thing that has gone moldy on me. We got grapes yesterday and my boyfriend bit into one today and didn't realize Till later he was eating moldy grapes! My hamburger buns went moldy in a day there and I've also brought home moldy bananas. Don't shop here unless you want you and your family to get sick!

I love everything about this TJ from their awesome customer service to fresh produce. I live in Aliso Viejo but drive to this location instead because of the employees. I can always find what I need here. They always replenish their inventory quickly unlike lame Walmart.

I come here specifically for their handmade flour tortillas, which melt in your mouth. They are not always available due to their popularity. Also, I would shop for other speciality items which are no longer carried. :/

I really can't give it 5 stars because I hardly shop here. Usually Ralph's or Stater Bros. But this is the only place that has a BBQ seasoning with flavor and Sriracha BBQ sauce! They are original to stater bros I think because I haven't seen them any where else. They are super delicious! Highly reccomend for game day or BBQ!

I am furious!!! Today went to TJ and was literally almost run over by an employee pushing carts, she yelled "move" I was pulling a cart from the corral( and of course walking backwards" here she comes.... full speed ahead!!! She was so rude, said well you in my way, I asked her "what would have happened if you hit me??? She said nothing nor apologize... at that point I asked her name?? ANN, and commented it would be nice to at least say she was sorry.... mad??? Because she had to go get carts??? Wondering if she was a manager??
