“I went to have some simple servicing done. So i went to their retail store twice today. I noticed a nice inventory and display of Omega's, Tudor's, Breitlings, Tag Heuer's, Cartier's, and more. Now slowly, I am warming towards another luxury hotel watch purchase. A very professional gentleman named George Garanian was my point-of-contact. He has sales responsibility but adjusted the links of my watch himself. He also showed some very nice timepieces. All and all, because of George, a very great experience. I will contact George again in the future.”

“In 2013 I was in LA on holiday and decided to buy a watch that I'd always wanted. I shopped around and found that PJ had one for sale. I called him up and haggled a bit on the phone and he invited me down.
I came and looked at the watch and haggled some more. I got what I thought was a very good price on the used watch. PJ told me that he backed his watches and that I'd have no problems.
Later, at home, I got out a loupe and found a tiny crack. I called PJ and he emailed me a FEDEX label. I sent the watch back to him, he had it serviced and the watch shop (I think the one in the Galleria) mailed the watch back to me with a new sapphire crystal and the old one in the packaging of the new OEM crystal.
I still have that watch and I wear it on special occasions - I always think back to how honorable PJ was in this transaction - I'd have no hesitation to buy from him again.”

“Couldn't recommend watch works any more highly after an excellent experience with Mike! He got me an amazing deal on my Hamilton watch and some great accessories and upgrades as well. Price simply couldn't be beaten, and it's a new release watch as well. He changed straps/bands two times for me and ensured I was completely satisfied with my purchase. There was a woman working there today too, and I overheard how kind she was to her customer as well. Overall, they have an amazing selection of watches (especially Hamilton, won't find that many anywhere within 50+ miles) and amazing customer service. “Chilibeans has become my go to store where I choose to buy my watches and glasses / sunglasses exclusively. - The pricing is very affordable so I can go back a few times a year for fresh styles - the quality is high especially for the price - the customer service is absolutely first rate (the staff and particularly Liam are SO helpful and go out of their way, especially consideringI don't live nearby) - I cannot count how many times I get compliments on the products, especially the watches! My friends with products 5-10x the price don't even get noticed! It always amazes me. The unique designs are classy, generally subtle, but head turning. I honestly can't recommend this store enough.
