Carmen cut my hair exactly how I wanted, so no complaints there. I had 466 Supercuts rewards points ( you need 400 points to get a free haircut ). Prior to getting the haircut I had taken a screenshot of my points in the Supercuts app which clearly showed 466, yet I was told that when she looked at my account on her computer it showed I did not have enough points AND my points actually dropped after my cut! I had enough points for a free haircut when I walked in, but at checkout their system said I only had 317!
Carmen said she’d call later to find out how this happened (I assume she meant she’d call her manager), but still, I walked in with a free haircut earned but I walked out paying. I can’t help but feel duped. I give Carmen 5 stars but I had to take away two stars because of this experience.

I have been going to this Supercuts for a few years, and it is always a pleasant experience. Ellen was my regular stylist and now that she has retired, Alissa is cutting my hair. I always get a good haircut there and it's easy with the online reservation system.
