Thanks to US storage for helping me with any issues I may have including my storage or my monthly payment. They are so good and have amazing customer service. If anyone needs a storage unit with adorable prices ask for Julie (: she is amazing and so full of light !

I’ve had such a wonderful experience with US Storage! Moving in was super easy, and the team here is always so helpful and caring toward their customers. Julie especially went above and beyond to assist me during my move-out process. I’m sadly relocating, otherwise I would have happily stayed! She made sure I had everything I needed and made the process so smooth. I’m so grateful for the experience and will definitely be recommending US Storage to all my family and friends in the OC community!

Tony and Julie are the BEST! They're so helpful and the facilities are so clean, that I've used this facility several times over a number of years while moving and storing items. They love to be helpful here in any way they can and they make the process easy.

I had a great experience with US Storage Centers in Mission Viejo. The staff was kind, friendly, and very considerate—they were willing to work with my situation and made the whole process easy. Their prices are the best around, and the units are clean, secure, and well-maintained. I truly appreciate how accommodating they were. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs extra space for their belongings (or “junk”!).

Overall, I had such a wonderful experience. The staff was very nice and helpful. Took the time to talk about the units and answer all my questions. The owners made the entire process so easy that I had no other need to look for anything else. I look foward to being here for a while and recommend this place to others.
