The Japanese Garden is one of the most tranquil, scenic, and relaxing places in The Valley, a serene escape and a hidden oasis. It is beautifully designed, maintained, and landscaped, featuring a large central koi pond, waterfalls, stone bridges, multiple lanterns, bonsai, and over a dozen species of bamboo. The paths circumnavigate the pond, offering calm and scenic views. It is ideal for a quiet, leisurely walk, sitting on a bench, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere, or taking photos.
The garden is wheelchair accessible throughout with smooth paths and gentle slopes. There are plenty of shaded areas and benches for resting. Parking is free, convenient, and admission is inexpensive or has a small fee. It is open with limited morning and afternoon hours, closed for lunch, and no reservation is needed. Some construction on parts of the grounds is expected until early 2026, but most of the garden remains open and stunning. The on-site building is known for its use in film. Note that no food or drink is allowed, the gift shop is closed, and there is no tea service. The garden is part of a treatment plant, so smells can occasionally be significant. It is also a place where volunteer help is welcomed and can be a rewarding experience.
Just spectacular. A breathtakingly beautiful walk through stunning gardens and water works.

My favorite place in the valley. Hands down. Such a peaceful place to be. If you need to get centered definitely recommend going. I have always gone during Spring or Summer. I need to check this place out during the other two seasons. Enjoy! Relax and be zen

It’s beautiful, serene, peaceful. I was fortunate to perform Taiko there for a ceremony! It was quite an honor! Lovely place, please visit!
