I needed a main drain line cleaned from the back to the front of the house. I called at 9 am. Jesse and Moe were to my house before 11. Snaked, camera scoped, then power cleaned the pipe until it was almost like new. It took a few hours because it was bad. Inspected water pressure and the water heater. They cleaned the back yard up before leaving.

Bryan came out and did a complete swap out of my water heater that failed during the holidays. I have a family of five so no hot water during a time where everyone is at home would've been rough. A total pro from start to finish, he was very pleasant with my kiddos who were curious, clean and complete job in the time prescribed. Cannot recommend Bryan enough very satisfied with the service.

We used Top Services plumbing back in May 2023 when we discovered a leak under our raised foundation home - Ery came out and discovered the main water line coming in from outside the home was corroded and leaking from said copper line - they said $1500.00 to replace it and being a Saturday we grudgingly gave the okay thinking replacing 10 ft of 3/4 inch copper line for that price was outrageous - it took 2 hours - being a businessman and costs of doing so - basically $70 in parts and $1430 in labor - makes them fetching $715 an hour- my Cardiologist gets $600 an hour and saves lives - these guys are not that professional - even engineers don't get paid that much - fast forward to yesterday - we had Top Services come out to repair a leak at our home and quoted us to $1800.00 to replace a 1 foot section of PEX - waterline - I said that is insane and the plumber got Jesse on the phone to which Jessie didn't offer any explanation to such high charges = basically too bad - he can charge what he wants - I told them we will find someone else and Top Services said you owe us $129 for the service call and I said nope - we found another company who would charge us $400- we went with them - after they examined the situation they found 6 other leaks - all vermin related where they chewed thru the lines - they also found where Top Services brought in the main line in their repairs in May 2023 - they didn't secure the opening in the wall where the pipe came in - we had the place vermin proofed years earlier - and Top didn't secure the steel mesh back over the opening - just leaned it against the wall - which allowed vermin to gain access and do damages - besides the plumbing - they attacked our walls and floors - again - no vermin issues 12 years prior - I contacted Top Services by E-mail this morning explaining the situation and requesting help being so we are both elderly veterans and not made out of money- and my wife is disabled and on oxygen - lets work out a deal to resolve the problem with their negligence to secure the work area - and as Jesse says : "leave the place in better shape than before" or something of that nature - I got a call from a Top Services lady claiming to be a manager - who said we are not doing anything to help and we have pictures showing the access area was secured - I asked for those pictures with no response other than good luck and don't ever call us again - Rude as heck - I was expecting an answer that they were willing to look into the problem and see what we could work out - I was not looking for something for free - but by their reaction I can only surmise they deny in hopes to have a customer to back down - I don't - there is professional curtesy and they lack in that ability - I ask again to Jesse to reach out to me before I decide on a quote to re pipe due to damages from another plumbing company - or take legal actions - I have to decide by the close of business on 12/23/2024 due to no hot water because of leaks and cold water leaks- my disabled wife needs those services for her health and well being - my next stop is the California Consumer Affairs complaints department - business contractors board - lets resolve this Jesse -

Jesse your work speaks for itself. It gave out after 1.5 years because you cut corners! You're unprofessional both in customer service and have no business or a clue when it comes to plumbing. I'm not even going to waste my time going back and forth my pictures and receipts speak for themselves YOU are the LIAR see you small claims where I also have the voice mails of your employee calling me to take down my review since I also lied about that I never called anyone aggressive all the calls I have on my phone are in coming I was ready to let it go but you want to lie and call me a liar see u in court

Just used Top Service to clear our drain. Our technician was Amen. He was courteous and professional. He clearly explained our options to help us decide. He showed up within the window provided during scheduling and got the job done quickly.

Recommend for sure! They hire good people and provide good customer service. Last year I had them do repiping on my whole house and add a Halo Water Filter, and they did a great job. This year I had them come back for a kitchen sink issue and toilet issue, and again did a great job. I would ask for the technician by the name of Amen to be assigned the job because he was very professional, polite, courteous and patient with my many questions. Most importantly he really knew his stuff!

I had a leak coming from under our sink. I called one local plumbing service who rescheduled our appointment one week out, Top Service came to the rescue. They were able to send Ery the following day. He was polite and quick in completing his preliminary inspection on a Saturday. Jesse came on Monday to conduct a further inspection and give some options in fixing our slab leak. We selected to repipe our home. Everything was done in one day with the help of a very large crew. Top Service was also able to coordinate a water heater swap due to a separate issue, thank you to Ery and Brian. In one week, all of our plumbing issues were solved along with adding a few more requests, outside sink connection and new water source in our kitchen to move our fridge. Thank you Jesse and your team for the quick service and the one to one talk we had. I am glad I went with you for our plumbing needs.

We had a pipe burst and everyone involved was professional and knowledgeable. Solomon was quick to arrive and did a great job. He was a pleasure to talk with. Prices were cheaper than we had been quoted in the past. Jesse, Solomon and the guys who did the replacement were extremely helpful. Thank you!

I was looking for a veteran owned company and man did I hit the jackpot with a Latino veteran owned company. Christian came out to look at our clogged toilet that has been clogging on and off for weeks now. He was polite, honest, and quick. I would recommend this company and especially Christian to anyone. Thank you so much for doing great work at a reasonable price. :)

Owner Jesse was excellent and professional. Prices were very fair and reasonable. He also had excellent companies to refer for water damage and restoration which was super helpful because we all know how daunting that can be.
Project supervisor Marisela was available for all questions and prompt answers. Very easy to work with and makes the customer feel at ease in stressful situations.
All crew members showed up promptly on scheduled time. Hard workers treated our home with respect and always cleaned up before leaving. Special thanks to crew leader Ery Cruz. Went above and beyond.
So thank you for making this stressful experience go as smooth as possible.

Called Top Service Plumbing for a clogged sink. Christian showed up on time, was professional and resolved the issue quickly. Explained what he was doing and why each step of the way. Highly recommend Top Service Plumbing 5 out of 5 stars. Would use again.

Had an after hours emergency on a Friday night. Tech came out within 90 minutes. The person on the phone quoted the wrong rate off the emergency call, but it was after hours on a Friday, so I can understand not being 100% on top of it. Tech was very friendly, knowledgeable, and cleared our main line in about an hour.
I would highly recommend using this service.

Our field tech Ery was fantastic his explanation of what was going on with our plumbing issues was great his work was amazing and coming on a thanksgiving weekend we called other plumbers none answered thank you Top Service plumbing for a job well done
