Jennifer Lopez of Caliber Collision in Lake Forest on Shannon Circle bought my 530i with its advanced auto driving technology back to pre-accident condition, which suffered damage to the bumper support system, struts, steering system, and bumper sensors for nearly $12,000. As the technician in charge of my vehicle, Jenny located BMW parts and ordered them on the same day the repair was authorized, even with parts availability problems. My repair occurred during a three-day holiday; however, my BMW was ready in a few days when I didn’t factor in the three holidays. She efficiently returned it to the factory’s original condition. My complicated repair job needed proper time to be done correctly, so my patience paid off. Furthermore, I was not well-informed about the time needed for the job, so I trusted her technical experience in repair procedures. My high-quality repair came with a smooth, hassle-free experience throughout the entire process from the beginning to the end. My pleasant experience was possible due to the friendly staff, meeting deadlines, a comfortable reception room, and a clean vehicle when I picked it up, all thanks to Jennifer Lopez.

My car was sent here and it took them over 2 weeks and it's still not being completed yet. The pickup time kept getting pushed back and delayed multiple times now. Completely unprofessional.
