Sarah has looked after our two dogs multiple times now when we have gone out of town, and she has always done a fantastic job! One of our dogs is really nervous around strangers, but he warmed up to her quickly!While we are out of town, she was great at communicating how the dogs were doing and giving us regular updates! It is definitely a huge stress relief knowing our doggies are in such great hands!

Hi , my name is Peter ( the cutest chihuahua) and my owners left town and thought they were dumping us with the Critter Sitter. The truth is that if I had thumbs and an Amex I would send them away more often. After a week with our fabulous Critter Sitter I feel more relaxed and confident. They always show up on time, exactly when they promised!A week with unlimited belly rubs and snuggles is exactly what I need. Maria comes by during the day to lets me smell the flowers and stretch my legs. My brother is afraid of the dark so Sarah is there to make dinner and keep us company. I am now on meds but the Critter Sitters have this covered! Now if only the owners would take my brother, Duke The Dog with them I could have the Critter Sitter all to myself! I am not good at sharing.P.S. apparently they send Mom a bunch of updates because she showed me all the messages after she got home.

Sarah and her pet sitters have been wonderful to take care of our cat from the time she was a senior cat in good health up until her death from illness and old age recently. Sarah administered subcutaneous fluids for kidney disease when we were out of town, sometimes for a month. She sent photos and reports regularly and was always willing to call us with any concerns. As my cat was put on other medications, Sarah administered pills, liquid oral medications from a syrringe, and eventually food and medicines through an escophageal tube. There was never a problem. She even mixed up the canned food to water in our blender. When needed she took her to our Vet. I can't say how grateful we are to her. We couldn't have traveled or even gone overnight without her. She clearly loved our cat and was sad to hear that she had died of old age. She was 21 years old. I know that Kahlua thanks Sarah too for helping her live a long life.

Sarah made our two dogs comfortable and at ease right from the initial visit! She was communicative and paid attention to all the details we gave her. Her updates were great and our dogs were so happy with her. Would highly recommend her and Critter Sitters to my family and friends and will definitely be using her again!

Critter Sitters has been our go-to pet sitter for many years and is the BEST one we have ever had! I HIGHLY recommend them!Sarah always takes such good care of our two cats Willow and Weasley. Not only do we get updates and photos if we are out of town, but when I come back I can genuinely see that the cats have been well taken care of. The water bowl is full, the food bowl is full, the cat box is clean, the toys have been played with and the cat seem happy and relaxed.We have never had such good care, with other sitters the water bowl would be very low etc. But not ever with Sarah. Sarah is a true gem and animal lover and I would trust her with any pet I had.It's hard enough to leave your fur babies anytime you travel, but with Critter Sitters I feel so much better knowing they are in good hands.

Sarah stayed at our house and watched our dog for 10 days while we were away. She didn't mind any of the special requests or instructions for our dog and if she was unsure of anything she would always ask which was most appreciated. Our dog enjoyed her time with Sarah.

Sarah is amazing! I called extremely last minute panicked but she was super calm and ready for action. I received multiple daily updates including photos, feeding and potty updates. She was very flexible and worked great with my pup. The most reassuring thing was when sarah came back over my pup was EXCITED to see her! This really showed that my pup was cared for and didn't have much anxiety while i was gone. I will 100% be using her service again. Such a sweet person, definitely recommend (:

I found Critter Sitters via the many positive Yelp reviews and I have to say that those reviews are accurate! I was so happy that Sarah was available for twice daily visits at a very reasonable cost because my older kitty primarily eats wet food. When Sarah came to my house for the initial visit, my kitty greeted her right away, so I knew Sarah was a good fit. She provided daily photos during my vacation and followed up with questions to make sure that everything was done as I requested. I highly recommend Critter Sitters and plan to use them again for my next vacation.

We have two Covid cats. Coco, who we adopted right at the beginning in April 2020, and Bevie, who we adopted eight months ago. Coco has been only with us and is extremely timid when anyone comes into the house to the point Coco hid most of the time with Sarah and did not eat. Sarah was so patient with Coco and found her whereever she was hiding. Sarah spent time finding Coco and made every effort to try to get her to eat. Sarah shared photos at every meal time and kept me updated every day. It was so comforting to have Sarah stay overnight for the nights we were away and have her in the house with Coco and Bevie. The house was clean and looked great when we got home. We already have her booked for our next trip.

Critter Sitters was a recommendation from our family friends. Maddy and Sarah were fantastic watching our 2 dogs and 4 cats! We haven't taken a family vacation in years because we have always been too nervous to board the animals. We have finally found a solution! They kept me updated with pictures of the animals daily and were excellent with communication. We didn't have worry because we knew they were in great hands. We came home and everything was clean and even put the sheets in the washer ready for us to turn it on. Cannot say enough good things about our experience!

My pup (old) required special care. She has cancer and our goal is to keep her eating so as to not lose weight. Keep her living her best life. I was nervous about traveling because of her care and meds (5 meds) and her finickiness of her eating. And then I met Sarah. She came by to meet our girl and they liked each other immediately. Sarah had Our pup eating each meal, which gave me the best comfort. She walked her and She texted me each day with an update and a picture. Very responsible and it's the first time I felt ok leaving Mila in the care of someone else!! Thank you Sarah.

I am so glad we found Sarah at Critter Sitters! We had planned to board our dogs at a facility but the vibe didn't sit well with us. Sarah was available and on short notice for our 5 day 4 night trip. She came over ahead of time to see the house and meet the dogs which was appreciated. The entire time we were gone she sent photos of our dogs and checked in with us about any questions she had which made us feel very comfortable. We love that she also took care of getting the mail, taking out the trash, and watering the plants....all things we were planning to pay for separately. Our dogs seemed to love her as they were very happy to cuddle with her and they appeared well cared-for when we returned. Hands down we will use Sarah again when we travel.

Sarah and her employee Maddy did a great job overnighting with my very anxious dog. They kept me updated with photos, and details of how she was doing, if she was eating, taking her meds, etc. It gave me a lot of comfort while I was away, and I am confident they will be as attentive to your family members. My dog had never been left with anyone but close family so I was concerned how she would do, but it went great and I wouldn't hesitate to use Critter Sitters in the future. It's so much nicer for our pets to stay home while we're away, and my girl is a senior now and doesn't do well in new environments. Thank you ladies!
