When my tax accountant retired I interviewed Donna at DH Tax and came away quite impressed with her knowledge. My retiring Tax Accountant was also impressed with her and, upon her request, sent her my records. My tax returns were complicated as it involved two states, property rental, pensions, earned income, extensive travels, etc. She handled it wonderfully. I am very fortunate to have her handling my tax returns. I highly recommend her.

I have used Donna since 2016. She is prompt, efficient, and accurate. I have had no issues with my returns or with the IRA. I have worked with several tax accountants in the past, and Donna is the best. I recommend her highly.

Been going to this accounting firm since It was owned by Richard and Barbara. After which Donna Bought the business and started preparing my taxes for my mom and relatives. Since then I stopped going to Donna as she made a mistake on my Taxes that cost me a $500 IRS Penalty many years ago. My mom has continued to go there for several years after that error for the sake of loyalty and simplicity... This year Donna prepared my mom's taxes and I found a discrepancy that showed she had made distribution to her IRA in the amount of 26K. I called Donna to explain that this was not a taxable event and that we have proof that we did an indirect rollover within the allotted 60 daytime frame. After 3 VM's and a week of trying to get into contact with Donna, my mom gets a letter in the mail telling her "since you're unhappy with my services and the fees (which I never discussed fees with her) we feel it's better for you to find another tax preparer.." Being in the finance industry for over 10 years myself, this is not how you treat your loyal clients. I need my clients more than they need me. This firm seems to have forgotten their values.

I have had Donna do my taxes for years and she is great. Every year I have something that is unusual and there does not seem to be a situation she has not experienced. For the work she does the fees are more than reasonable. I would recommend DH Tax to anyone.

Had been with Donna since she bought this business. She HAD been quite good BUT lately she's been very sloppy - making costly mistakes. Her latest error cost us a penality with interest with the IRS... when she was requested to pay for this error, she ignored our request for payment AND dropped us!!!!! Sloppy work and Very Unprofessional!!! She has No loyalty

Really disappointed with my last experience here. Donna was so unprofessional she didn’t take the time to go over my taxes with me, and this is now the 2nd year she has jacked up my taxes. Last year she over estimated what I owed by $1000!!!! This year she didn’t take the time to go over my taxes, I drop off my paper work then I go home and look over it (didn’t do it at the office because she was in her office and wouldn’t take the time out to speak with me) I called her right back, like literally within the hour telling her my numbers were off. She gives me this BS of, “oh I’ve already filed them and now you’ll have to do an amendment”. So unprofessional, literally just left and now you’re telling me too bad? Unacceptable, I also called her several times to explain this big packet full of papers and more checks she telling me to write, no returned calls and when I did speak to her day if she was extemely abrupt and very rude. Mind you I’ve already written several checks to the government. This is officially our last year, I highly do not recommend her services.
