Sign said 1.99 for Dris Strawberry they charged me 3.49 and that's with my card. I tried to call the Manager and he or know one answered the phone . Now this is not the first time they over charged me . So warning be careful because Ralph on ElToro road is criminal.

Y'all are insane I feel like I'm shopping in San Francisco not Orange County. Everything's locked up and and they take the plastic bags until you pay and add how many bags you need lol it makes leaving the store so much slower. Pretty expensive too. Hire security guards or do something actually efficient to make changes. You need help at self-checkout making it not self-checkout. All your doing is driving the good customers away that won't put up with this and possibly attracting more of a "worse crowd." Good luck! I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Went into this store after I got off work to buy soap and shampoo. Ailse 2 and 3 were completely gated off and I could not access the items I needed to purchase. I approached the self check out lady and asked if I could get access to the aisle so I could buy what I need. She told me the aisles were closed. So I asked, " so I can't buy shampoo and soap?" She's again told me no with no explanation. What kind of store even does this and why do they think its okay or even makes sense for that matter?? Never in my life have I ever seen a store do this. That's the last time I ever visit a ralphs

Make sure to check expiration dates on everything before you buy it…+2 stars for most employees being helpful. The florist always huffs and puffs when you need help.-3 stars for having expired food (several occasions) and a florist with a stem up their butt.

It always has the bottom of the meat counter closed, and I enjoy the noise of the butcher counter here.

This was main go to store for my business and personal, but recently I'm starting to feel getting discriminated, staff here are literally getting paid to ask you "did you pay for your 10 cents bag?" and the worst is of you're Asian she will ask to see your receipt and make you feel very uncomfortable that she doesn't trust you. I'm going to start looking for other places..

Ever since they opened the new section where we have to purchase our bathroom and laundry needs, it's been he'll getting essentials. They don't have a set time when they close it and the girl manning the station said it's up to the whim of whoever is closing. Some people get of work late and need shampoo or detergent or medicine!! What's the point of selling goods like that for good prices if you're not going to let people buy it. I understand thefts are high, but this was not the way to execute this solution. You're main store is open till 11pm most nights, why is the essential aisle closed at 6?

I love my little local Ralphs. The customer service is great at this particular Ralphs I save a lot of money by coming to this store as well. let me just say, in the other bigger grocery stores, the level of corporate greed can be seen everywhere thru the out of hand price gouging in so many basic items. It is just shameful and disgusting. I seem to get do you enjoy many markdown items

Always have been number one in my books. However they need to keep all parts of the store open and not under lock and key later at night. If the store is open late they should have all isles open.

"Store policy" has this unwritten rule which dictates there are no refunds on products sold with the clearance sticker. I haven't had an issue with returning these items in the past, but now I do. Minimum-wage workers either have to be the ones to tell the customer that they can't get their money back because of something they weren't told upfront, or the employees have to have already forgotten this scummy policy, mixing it up with all the other stuff you push on them. You're not a department store. Stop convincing your employees that selling product which harms the customer to consume, and the customer not being able to get an exchange for at least trying it, is supposed to be a fact of life. Stop having them be the punching bags for your scam. You should make that "store policy" express instead of implied. Print on your clearance labels something like "no returns" or "no refunds". Attach a separate label if you don't have space.Your people at the checkout counter sound like they've dealt with this a thousand times before. Make their lives a little easier by nipping this issue in the bud.

Our first time in this Lake Forest location and it's much larger than the one in Laguna Hills so they can display a wider variety of products. The produce and meat departments are also larger. The store is also older and it shows in small ways. Not to say it's shabby just that it's a little dated. With that said it's also well-stocked and there's plenty of employees available for questions. The checkouts moved relatively quickly and we were able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. If we are in the neighborhood we would stop in again.
