I went to this place because it was open till 6 on a Friday. All I wanted to do was cash a check of less than $40 that was made out to my son. I have a acct there but was placed closed and on hold due to Identity theft. I was going to get a new card once it was all sorted out . We went to a banker and she asked the Mgr and she even said yes we will take it with your ID since it's a low amount. I left it in the car so went to get it. Came back the original teller we had was with someone. So the Mgr called us over. All of a sudden I hear wait you have a acct here so I can't cash this! So to my confusion I told her that I have my ID and ss card an d she sees me in the system but yet she says she can't cash this check. I started to ask why and like 2 min ago it was approved by you yet now I can't have this cashed???? She flipped a 180 and told me basically the opposite of accepting his check . I told her that if I didn't go get my ID the previous banker would have cashed it!!!! I was angry but she didn't care and said ok just go to original branch when they open. I said you all are all the same company and I don't know why it's so difficult we even cashed our hardships checks and my sons hardships, checks with no problem at wells Fargo. She said "those are different there's certain checks we can take without a acct. And I said like what this cashiers and prepaid check like I have" then she said it had to say it's from us bank. So ridiculous every bank can cash checks without accts for a fee so I'm just disgusted with this branch of us bank because somehow they are way more enforcing and difficult to do a transaction and if they don't want to they always say go to home branch but I came because my bank was closed thats the reason they are open to help customers and not turn them away for a $36 dollar check for a kid. Simple transactions are painful here last time I came here I had a acct buy needed change for a garage sale and they were open but they looked at me like it was a chore to make change and asked why and I told them it was for garage sale but I shouldn't have to give them my reason for banking there. Do NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH If You don't need a banker just use atm to avoid any frustration!!!!!!! I'm never coming back here unless I absolutely have to but I will avoid as much as I can! This is the one located inside ralphs on el toro.

My recent visit to US Bank at El Toro And Ralph's Shopping Center was nothing short of disappointing. Upon entering the bank, I noticed two tellers, one of whom was seated and seemingly engrossed in her phone. Despite waiting patiently for several minutes, I received no acknowledgment or assistance.
The lack of professionalism displayed by the teller, who appeared more interested in her phone than attending to customers, was appalling. It's unacceptable for employees to be distracted by personal devices while on duty, especially in a customer-facing role.
This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I have no intention of returning to US Bank. I urge the management to address this issue promptly and ensure that all employees uphold the expected standards of customer service.

4 weeks ago I had a phone call with this branch regarding a promotion on new bank account and missing credit that I was supposed to receive and never happened.
The lady on the phone, tried to help with my question and told me she will call me in the next 48 hours with a response from her team.
at this point I was like "Ok, she will never call me and I have to call them again and again and again to solve my problem."
She call me two days later and told me she doesn't have an answer yet and still working on it.
she called me next day and updated me on what happened at the time to opening the account and how my unique situation caused this error and how she's going to help me to circle it back to the branch which opened my bank account.
Eventually she submitted my case for further internal review and told me this may take up to two weeks to get a response from her upper managers.
and 4 days I got the official response, I got the credit that I expected and another call from her to make sure I'm happy with her customer service!!!
This level of professionalism is UNBELIEVABLE and her patience level is real asset for US bank! I have experience with other banks and other US bank branches too. but I have to admit this was a top notch assistance.

My recent transaction with Ms Knight at U.S. Bank in Ralph's was extremely helpful. She went beyond my initial request and offered a second service to help avoid the need for the first! That was pretty important to me. It will probably save me time and stress in the future when I access the additional service. That isn't what I expected but am grateful that she is working there!

Worst service ever. Made an appointment with Patty at 2:30 am I got there they told me she went out to lunchAnd she would be back in anywhere from 20 minutes to half an hour.Drove all the way there for a notary instead of her being at her appointment he was out to lunch this place is a joke I will never ever come here again thanks Patty for wasting my time and my gas. I had to go up the street and pay $15 to get a notary it would've been free at U.S. Bank if she actually showed up to our appointment which she did it. Obviously her lunch was more important. Hopefully Management sees this and they say something to her because that was completely rude

Came in here with a fairly minor task I needed, but in true form, this location was extremely unhelpful, and the manager was even rude. She doesn't care about people and primarily is focused on just collecting a paycheck. Banking here is NOT about the people. I went across the street to Wells Fargo and they were able to help just fine (and they said they get a lot of people coming over who have bad experiences at US Bank. I was shocked with the unprofessional and rude behavior from the people of US Bank. I suggest having some customer service training, and maybe growing a heart.

So far the most accommodating bank I've worked with... and friendliest staff.. Sara (she's not there now), Nolan - former manager who is now assigned to a different branch, Nazish and Coleen - they are all always smiling tho you can tell they're tired. Polite, knowledgeable and most importantly very professional and discreet. Love to bank here even tho they are inside the supermarket which in itself a separate pros & cons,.. often pros for me.

This is the best branch of US Bank I have been to. The manager(Nolan) is great, the employees(Nazish, Sarah, Doni, Neema) are always helpful. I switched to this bank from the previous branch due to Covid and I don't think I'll ever go back now. All my business is with them I might cancel my account with other Banks and just open em all here. The only negative I can say about them is that they are not open 24/7, Agh! I just want to end this with a few appreciative words Your belief is great that someone else should benefit, From a deed well done. With this I can see how great you have been, To always be helping someone. Can't thank them enough

Simply went to the bank to make a deposit. The young lady that helped me was courteous and did a great job. She was wearing a mask and was very happy with her however the young man that was working there did not have a mask on and when I asked the young lady if they were supposed to wear a mask while working she said yes only when we are in close proximity to each other they are in a box that's probably 12' x 6 that acts as a bankI watched the gentleman walk right behind her on several occasions while doing my transaction without a mask she seemed very uncomfortable. The young man overheard me ask her about wearing a mask and when I asked why he wasn't wearing a mask he simply stated because it messes up my hair.This is the type of behavior and attitude towards this virus that makes people sick and in some cases causes death.

I love my bank. But the manager at the branch located at El Toro and Trabuco is ignorant of customer service. Waited in line to make a deposit for nearly 20 minutes on a very busy day for me, when I had little time to spare. He was oblivious to the long line waiting. After I finally completed my transaction I spoke to him about it. He was impervious and haughty. Wrong attributes for a bank manager. No respect for customers is a great way to lose customers. I won't be using this branch again
