I moved here almost a year ago, and was searching for storages, which we all know is very time consuming and difficult at times. I called Lake Mini storage, and the manager Gloria answered. She was so helpful and flexible and answered every question and concern I had. Gloria knows storages and gets you taken care of Instantly! What I love about this place is no matter what time it was, she always answers the phone, and is eager to help. Also she took care of the payment and we did everything over the phone within minutes. Best customer service ever. From here on out I will only be using Lake Mini storage.

I had a storage unit at lake mini storage for 1 1/2 years. I only left because I no longer needed the unit.
The manager Gloria is awesome! She was always kind, professional and provided excellent customer service.,
I thought the rate was reasonable for a large unit and the property was always clean and well maintained.
I highly recommend Lake Mini Storage!

Ty Gloria and Lake Mini Storage.. Can't ask for better customer service.. Clean an easy Access to all units. VERY SECURE. I would recommend to definitely use them.. Ty for everything..

I have had all of my storage needs met with Lake Mini Storage and I've been with this place for many years. I've seen it change management, and ownership, and let me tell ya.. their manager Gloria Middleton is an absolute gorgeous gem! She's aimed for quality service since she stepped into her position and has definitely delivered. It's been wonderful to experience her impeccable service and pleasant demeanor the past 8+ years. My go to for sure!

Where do I start? The biggest problem with Lake Mini Storage is Gloria, the manager or whatever her title is. She is the only person you can talk to for anything you need when it comes to your storage unit. And she is 100% unhelpful. I recently closed my storage room Because I just don't want to deal with her customer service or the fact that their gate code is always broken and you can never seem to get onto this property. Worst storage place I've ever used, will not use again. highly recommend you look somewhere else. literally any other storage place. And on top of everything, she refused to send my security deposit to my current address. If the owner is reading this, you should probably replace Gloria. She seems to hate working with people and has terrible communication.

This place is great, we needed a unit right away when we moved up here and Gloria the manager got us in asap, the same day! Luckily there was a spot open. I would definitely recommend this storage facility without hesitation!

I've never had a problem with the security of the place and they are really helpful and caring, but some sections have rodents. There is a lot of gap between stalls by design which I'm not thrilled about so I just try to keep my section well sprayed. Non of these are deal breakers for me, they are my go-to every time.

I really like the Lake Mini Storage. My mom died and has a storage there that my daughter stopped giving them my payments but then Gloria called me ASAP, so I didn't lose my moms storage. Thank you Gloria for such a great experience.

I have been using Lake Mini Storage for a year, next month. From the first day I opened my storage unit, Gloria has been friendly, helpful and an extreme pleasure to do business with. She's pretty much always available, she answers any questions or concerns professionally and in a very timely manner. My husband's job moves us all over the US, so I've had plenty of experience with storage facilities, and this one, by far, is the best! Thanks, Gloria! You helped take a lot of the stress out of my move!

The manager is friendly, and the place is clean. They close at five which is a bit inconvenient, and can be a problem at times. We have an online sales business and use this place for our stock storage. The units are easily accessible and we can get in and out quickly.
