I am someone who believes that when someone does a kind deed, perhaps a customer service staff goes above & beyond or a pharmacist takes a challenging call and successfully saves the day, they should be recognized and appreciated for their acts. Well, Khaled in the pharmacy did me a solid, that only probably only took him a short time, but his extra effort will quite literally, extend my life by decades. Thank you to all of the pharmacy staff in Lakewood, y’all are rockstars. And Sebastian (my service dog) sends his silent thanks too!

Do not sign up for a membership here! There is an older woman behind the desk that kept pushing us to sign up for the $120 membership even though we only wanted a $60 one. She told us no matter what we were going to pay $120, regardless of the membership we chose. When asked why she would only say that we would have to put a card down and that would go toward the membership fee. It did not make any sense. I was genuinely confused. It was like she was speaking another language.My friend asked her if she's essentially double charging us and the woman responded with "I've been working here for 20 years...". She kept telling us we HAD to pay $120 to get a membership. Avoid at all costs. I didn't catch her name but she's an older black woman with glasses and wavy hair. I'm disgusted by how deceitful she was being toward us (lying by saying no matter what we would be charged $120 to sign up). I feel bad for those that don't know how to purchase a membership online. Immediately upon leaving, we went to the Costco website and we were able to sign up for the $60 membership. Don't visit the membership desk at this Costco because they will lie to you and make you sign up for the executive membership. They will make you feel like that's your only option. I love Costco in general but that woman was being purposely deceitful.

Sadly do I have to give one star to write my review and experience here?Gil a Caucasian worker here has ZERO customer service skills, wonder how he became assistant manager. Called in looking for an specific item. He rudely said is on the shelf and pointed in that direction, I repeatedly told him is not the mousse what I was looking for, it was a topical one. He is so stupid that said that's topical, meaning you put it on. OMG, ignorance to its maximum. He never let me explain, talked over me, shut me down while the gentleman who was helping me initially: AJ he (Gil) didn't even let him say a word. Definitely Gil's name tag should read: KING OF RUDENESS since he talked over AJ and didn't even let me say a word. I CALLED IN before I drove here from OC, he blamed that to the system not being updated and showing that actually had it because they shipped all over the world LOL. So, you showed you had it in the store because this store ships that product all over the world? NEVER EVER COME TO THIS STORE, does he know or realize customers actually pay his salary? It shows he doesn't love his job, feel sorry for that man and how angry and unhappy looks and talks. Sorry AJ didn't get the chance to thank you for your help and kindness.

Annette,I get it. I can't do two transactions on the same card. I was mistaken. My father-in-law does have a membership, and he would have been happy to use his own card if he could find it in his own walletWhat I don't get is how you can tell us that we have to leave. What does that mean? Leave the store? Did we upset you? What I did to deserve that from you? Where's your membership service? If you can't be patient with members, including disabled members, then maybe you should not be a cashier there. I would not go to this Costco or have my friends go if someone like you, who decides she can run things there, treat us like that.

I love costco gas and the credit card perks! I also love the carnitas, ribeye, scallop potatoes, flautas and chicken nuggets. They make cooking dinner easy peasy! But, I hate going here. It is so big, hot and crowded. The parking is a beotch. Thankfully, my family does the shopping and I get the benefits!

Tires department. Horrible place to schedule an appointment for the most basic thing they do here.. INSPECT TIRES.. over an hour. Costco use to be better than this. Costco.com to the corporation complaint I go.. your welcome you earned it!!!

I went there first thing in the morning with my sick kid, waited for an hour to get my kid’s prescription and after what it seemed hours of wait with my poor kid they finally called to tell me they are out of stock of the medication we desperately needed. They didn’t even apologize for not telling me that beforehand and make me wait an hour. They are very unprofessional, careless and rude.

Jessie at tire center is rude. She talks to customer with raised voice, cut off their talking but requested customer on call to listen to her to finish with loud and forceful voice and tune. She refused to listen to customer's request but asked customer to wait so she can take easy task first. She spoke but disallowed customer to speak. Never had such bad experience at any tire center like this!Also noticed that she talks with different colors of customer with different tune. some soft and kind, some with high level tune.

Costco always has the best deals on pizza. The person at the counter needed to pay a little more attention to the receipt but the pizza guy is quick and made up for the lack of attention. Instore is really organized and well stocked. There was a lot of parking when I went in the late evening.

Wow, came to Costco optical and I had a question but a girl named Gigi told me to wait because she was in the middle of something. I first thought she was in the middle of helping a customer but in closer look she was in the middle of cleaning some glasses from the display. Customer service is going down the drain at Costco, with customer service you stop what you're doing (unless you're helping another customer) and help a customer. Interruptions are part of the job Gigi!!!!

stupid b**** named jenn didn't let me go inside bc my mom walked in while i went to ulta and i didn't have a Costco card so now im stuck outside and cold im anemic and it's cold and i almost fainted but noooo jenn wants to act like a security guard girl it's never that serious and she blocked me from coming in bye a f im gonna call and complain about her bc. That just made me so mad . Will be going back for a churro ONLY that reason #firejenn 0/5 stars I believe it was racially motivated bc I am Mexican and Jenn (ew) was like white or something

Came in to Costco today and the cashier was so busy talking with their coworkers that they ended up charging me twice for some items. Went back to show them the duplicate charges then was sent to wait for a supervisor who came with an attitude mumbling something the entire time they were helping me out. He then just handed me back my receipt without even looking towards me or letting me know that whatever transaction he was doing was done. Definitely soured up my afternoon :(.
