I went in and there was no one at the register so I went to the back to the pharmacy. I politely asked one of the cashiers if we could use the restroom. The cashier told me to wait in line and so I did. Only to be told by the same cashier that they don't have public restrooms. So my little 3 year old daughter and me waited for nothing. Then she could no longer hold it and had an accident and peed in the carpet. My daughter was embarrassed because she is used to going to the toilet. I also informed that cashier of that incident. She didn't say anything. I would suggest that you open the restroom to your customers if you want this type of incidents to stop. I will no longer shop at this location. Definitely a bad experience.

The staff is always friendly and it’s a mellow spot. The pharmacists that I deal with are very nice and know me since I’ve been coming here for three years, so they are friendly always helpful if there’s an issue with medication.

Don't come here. I had to go to a different cvs that will accept my drop off medication. Now I have to wait a full day to receive my medication thanks to this place.

Gross fridge with mildew and mold growing everywhere. They really need to clean up this disgusting store make sure to sanitize all your beverages.

It was maybe 8:45pm Saturday September 17th. My family and I came in to purchase some NyQuil/DayQuil because we all had a cold. Upon walking in. I asked if my son could us the restroom. The woman said "no. They didn't have one" Then they told me the service was down and they couldn't take cash so I had to use the atm and get charged an atm fee which wasn't even my main issue. It was the fact that I wanted to buy NyQuil DayQuil 2 packs and it was on sale for $18.99. The gentleman couldn't price adjust it for me to get the sale price. He wanted me to pay the $25 instead. I was a manager at rite aid for 10 years and I know for a fact that you can price adjust it. Especially to take care of the customer. I'm extremely unhappy with the service at this location. They just seemed to be in a hurry to get us out and lock the door.

Got my prescription there because Walmart doesn't have it and can't order it. nice location with plenty of parking space. Helpful pharmacy technician. There are handrails outside that can be used to lock your bikes as well.

Too many times the pharmacy doesn't fill our prescriptions correctly. It's either the wrong pills, or they have lost the doctor's prescription orders, or they are out of stock on an essential medication. Way too many times.For their non-prescription inventory, it so much more expensive compared to other places we shop.We only shop there because the insurance requires that our prescriptions go through a CVS.

I've been going to this CVS location for years and I've never had any problems. All the retail clerks except one middle-aged Asian woman were courteous. I was scanning an item and the scanner didn't register. She stepped in without even asking, "Can I help you, Ma'am?" She then asked me the price of the item. She said in a very prideful tone, "I don't think so" and we went to the aisle and it was the price I stated to her. I said "That's the price" and she didn't want to admit that she was wrong. She deflected/got defensive and said, "We have all types of that item" as a reason for not believing that I just told her the correct price for the item. Whoever manages her please retrain her on better customer service and courteous communication with customers because the way she spoke to me made me feel disrespected.
