The self service machines always seem to have a problem or always need service. Employees are great, excellent service and always seem to be busy.

Don't buy gift cards there! We put $30 in one and gave it as a gift. When the person tried to use it, funds were depleted. Transaction history showed it was used the day after we bought it.

This CVS has had a complete - and unwelcome - staff turnover in the last year. The service, especially in the pharmacy has really gone downhill from where it was for years.

Worst treatment over several occasions from issues with their pharmacy and not having my medication when they text you it's ready is a joke so dissatisfaction and only tried it again and again only because it's walking distance but in the end I should of drove and went anywhere but to that store that has horrible management hence the horrible experiences

The Customer service in the Pharmacy is absolutely horrible!!! I have been on hold for 20 minutes waiting for the Pharmacy to pick up the phone. There are very few friendly associatesat the Pharmacy. Need to improve customer service really bad.

The automated phone system rarely works. Prescriptions are never ready on time. Total lack of concern for other peoples time.

This cvs is trash they've been playing with my medication for two weeks now. first they told me they sent the og prescription back to my doctor to see if it was covered by insurance(it was I've been at another cvs for a year for the same prescription) then they decided it was a good idea to shut down the whole pharmacy for a lunch hour now the whole line backs up after there done.. it's my third time coming today in the last two weeks and they still don't have it ready no calls.. nothing. Over cvs in general...

I have been doing business with CVS for the better part of 17 years, they used to be not the other side of South St. so this will bring into perspective what kind of a time stamp I’m speaking from. Some of the finest people I have ever met are dedicated to the their craft, and provide some of the best customer service anywhere anytime, in an occupation that requires perfect patients and focus, I must say Christie, Tabatha, Jason, Hihreen, (hope I’m close with spelling her name right) & Sofia.They have a hard job thats stressful in many ways, I as the customer am grateful for these well chosen associates of CVS pharmacy in Lakewood. You have heard the phrase “when the going gets tough, the tough get going! This is true with Christy, we love her and hope for her to accell and make it to the top! She has been at this CVS before I was a customer of this store. thats about 16 hears ago, Lynn and I are always glad to have her on our side, now it time to say some nice things on her behalf and its long over due.Many of us don’t sit down and do these surveys because it takes time to write em and post from a recipe that we either lose or just accidenetly throw out I’m just as guilty of this as the next guy I’m the worst procrastinator too.Jason is another fine gentlemen that has gone the extra mile for my wife Lynn when things were difficult with the communication lines with doctors and their personal staff Jason took the extra time on several occasions to get the job done so Lynn could get her meds right and on time too. Sofia is always greeting us with a smile at the drive thru she is quick accurate and focused on what she is doing but still has a cheery way of making the customer feel good about the visit to CVS.Tabatha is always cheery and focused she keeps a good memory as well with birth dates with us locals, she has always complimented us on our pets when we all make the drive thru. Hihreen always has nice things to say and is quick with the transaction and focused on her job, she is as cool as a cucumber sharp as a tac! we are happy to see her as well. Oh Karla my appologies I cant forget her she is another pleasant lady here we enjoy her help at the drive thru window just like the rest of the staff Lynn and I think the world of Karla too.Thank you all for your help I may have missed some of the other associates at this particular CVS pharmacy but everyone is always good to us whether its in side at the counter or the drive thru, its nice to get our medications accurately and safely.The only thing I don’t really care for is the continual change in your automation system, its getting harder for some of us to keep up with the changes… I can’t imagine what its doing to the employees always having to keep up with it. thats it for now, we will continue to do the surveys a bit more often.Kind regards Lynn and Don Rosenthal Lakewood, CA.

The last time I've gone nobody can help me buy items that are locked up. The last time I waited 20 minutes. Its unbelievable the horrible customer service.

What happened this place? The drive thru takes like 30 minutes plus per car now! There are 2 lanes but 1 isn't open somehow. I've been coming here for the last 12 years with no problems.

Horrible customer service. Was unable to find any staff to open case to purchase razor blades. Emplyees ignore the automatic paging system for customers to get help. After waiting 15 minutes total and theee pages, I left in fustration.

Worst CVS drive thru I 've been to. Waited 20 minutes at the drive thru window before they finally decided to ask me what I need. They saw me and ignored and did not say a thing.
