Store was very clean and air conditioned. Being a wellness member I scored BOGO on probiotics ($11). Really appreciated the self checkout stations although 1 of 3 were out of service. They also accept contactless payment.

My card was charged twice when I purchased in this store. Found out 4 days after purchase. I contacted customer service 5 times and that includes chat, call and email, and for almost 3 weeks nobody cares to give me a callback or email for updates. I was told that I'll be getting a callback in 24 - 48 hrs and the case was escalated to the manager but none was done. Terrible customer service.

A great big shout out of gratitude for the pharmacists at this local Rite Aid at South and Woodruff! We have been coming here for just shy of 20 years for all of our family's prescriptions but are there almost weekly for our eldest member who has numerous prescriptions. We are always greeted with kindness, concern and professionalism. The care in which they treat our whole family has been the kind of experience that you would only receive years ago from your corner independently owned place, where they were your caring neighbors and you built a rapport. That is what this pharmacy offers you. Over the years there have been several times when the pharmacists have caught discrepancies in medications that could have been harmful. And most recently, with the COVID experience, they have offered us generous help and support in receiving our vaccines. I am so grateful for the pharmacists at our local Rite Aid and I highly recommend them as your go to pharmacy. Cheers to Bao-Linh and the rest of the staff!

Pharmacy that's more like a Convenience Store. It has almost everything you need on a daily basis. It's like the classic pharmacy pictured in so many romance novels. Lol! Their Thrifty Ice Cream is probably a childhood favorite of those who grew up in areas where there's a Rite Aid. To this day, it's always a pleasure to be able to buy ice cream of different flavors (by the scoop) on your chosen cone or cup without paying for the price of the show of how your food is being combined.
