I've been back and forth to Ulta buying and returning items because they don't match my shade. When associates come around and ask if everything is okay, I say I'm just trying to find my shade and they move on. However, today Jasmine offered to help find my shade and she didn't make me feel like I was bothering her. My shade was not available, and Jasmine explained that I can order it at checkout and have it delivered to my house. I greatly appreciate Jasmine taking the time to help me.

Horrible! They failed to ask for ID for credit card look ups and now there’s fraud under my account!! They need to retrain this staff!!

I absolutely love this location, shout-out to Angie, she's super nice and very helpful finding my sister's make up needs, she's pretty good and has a good eye on make-up knowledge and helped my sister thoroughly, would recommend her to anyone and everyone else is also nice and very helpful

Came in on 5/22/25 around 7:55pm and met Rosaline whom was the greeter. She was so kind, so helpful, so sweet and I appreciate her customer service. I came in for my Morphe eyebrows and she helped me find what I was looking for.

Went into the store to get my grandson some cologne and Jasmine was so helpful and patient with my grandson trying to figure out which one he wanted. He had to keep smelling different ones. After choosing the one he wanted. We needed to get stuff for our face. She was very helpful and new her products. Thank you so much for your help. I will be going back soon.

This is the first time I've been to an Ulta and not been greeted. When I couldnt find what I was looking for and had to ask an employee, she just pointed me to the direction where it was. The store itself is messy and disorganized. I just walked out and went to another Ulta.

They can’t even help you one the phone! Spent over 200 on a straightener that broke in under a year. All she said was call the company, what do you do if the company don’t answer ??? Thanks for nothing Haydi

Why would she have me a pencil that’s not a tester.???? So much attitude this early in the morning ! I will never return
If you want a good shopping experience from the minute you walk in please go to Redondo beach South Bay next to Galleria Mall . They actually acknowledge you the minute you walk in the door. Gigi

DON’T COME TO HAVE YOUR EYEBROWS PLIED!!! Just a disaster!!!
First, you have to check in… which is quite unusual in ulta hotels, but let’s move on!
Second, the girl who is going to do your eyebrows is going to do them WRONG. She doesn't "draw" them before applying the wax, so the shape is supposedly natural (for the beautician) but for you, dear customers, it will just look awful. Lack of desire or will on the part of the girl? Or was she just being lazy?!? She still manages to tell you that she has been doing eyebrows for a long time... THE GOOD JOKE! Whose ??? people who don't care about their appearance???
Third, your clothes will be full of wax (see photos). Because YES, this girl has a “special” technique, she twists the wax but NOT on the table BUT right next to you… Which means that you come out with terrible eyebrows and clothes that will go straight to the dry cleaners… Btw Would Ulta not want to install a dry cleaning service next to its “beauty” salon? I think that would be helpful.
