Should’ve never purchased a vehicle from this dude. I’ve had car problems I had to pay out of pocket since the moment I got home from purchasing the vehicle, car problems that this man will not help you fix. There is no car dealership here, meaning there is only an office with 1 man inside ripping people off for their hard earned money. Don’t make the same mistake I did and hand over your money to this guy because I have to depend on the bus now. I would’ve still had that money in my bank account considering this was only a couple of months ago. My insurance already came to evaluate my car and all I’m waiting for now is for the junkyard to come get it. I was NOT going to leave a review but if this can help someone stay out of the position i am currently in, this paragraph was worth it. Have a blessed evening.

Found Mr. Velez's ad on Craigslist, yesterday Feb 17, 2021, after having my car breakdown about a week and a half ago. I'd been searching for a car in my price range of about 1200 dollars and as you would expect, I was finding either some luck with vehicles with some issues (leaks, missing catalytic converters, vehicles that can't pass smog, etc), or nothing at all. Yesterday, this ad said, "2009 Chevy HHR 98,000 miles, $1000.00 down, No Credit Checks, $70.00 per week car payment".I didn't believe it. At all. I thought it was a scam. Turns out, it was one of THE BEST decisions of my life. Today, I have the HHR with a 30 day or 1000 mile warranty for the engine or transmission. The car rides smoothly, is clean, and most importantly, I received the utmost respect, care, and customer service from Mr. Francisco Velez. I'm utterly convinced God sent me to that ad. Oh, and when I got home, I told my roommate about everything and we were going to celebrate by ordering a pizza. No sooner after I began asking my roommate what toppings she wanted and from where we should get the pizza, I began receiving texts from Grubhub saying my order from Toni's pizza was on the way. I thought maybe the texts were spam, so I ignored the first one and proceeded to search online for a place.My phone got another text saying my order was on the way. I freaked out and called Grubhub, thinking there was a mistake or that someone had hacked my phone number to order food for themselves. When I finally got through to a customer service rep, who placed me on hold, I got a call from the driver saying he was outside. I merged the calls and the driver said he had an order for me and that he was outside the gate. I asked him who the pizza was for and he said, "Mr. Valez". I then asked what address he had and he gave me my address.When I went outside, I told the driver that he had the correct address, but that my name was Robert. The driver looked like he lit up like a Christmas tree and said, "Oh yeah! There is a note on the order that says, 'From Mr. Velez to Robert. Congratulations on buying your car! Please, enjoy the pizza!" That is customer service, folks. Call him if you need a car.

I’ve purchased two cars through Velez auto and I plan on getting my third soon. Francisco has helped me both times and he is very friendly, and very thorough. Told me everything about the car even if it wasn’t always something good. Absolutely love the honesty here! Lastly, instead of getting a loan through the bank, they offer a payment plan themselves which made things super easy. I highly recommend!

This place is horrible, i dont want to give ANY stars shady business practices,scam by letting you take car then calling a day or so later saying finance company wants bigger down payment to finance car. Was put in three different cars all broke down tried blaming me saying cars needed oil really a mechanic told me even if that were true they would have broken down sooner if no oil believed to be a slow leak in one, and one car a volvo was so bad, repair shop gave me pribtout of over 20 codes on a car suppisedly serviced before leasing. This place does bad business i have emails from Terry, Mario, Francisco all damaging i think we should all come together file one big a** lawsuit.im already working with a lawyer hes been investigating this place and its employees building a case. Im out thousands and still no car and now a hit to my credit oh no i cant just be taken advantage of and not do anything. You are a wolf in sheeps clothing and i hate myself for being vulnerable to you misguided manipulation and bad business practices. You reap wgat you sow and we will cross paths again.
