I was sent there by Hertz (Torrance) a minor repair. They were WONDERFUL! After getting jacked around by another dealership (Hertz in Inglewood) for 2 MONTHS, these folks had the repair done in 3 hours! HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL! Honest, clean shop and just on the ball! Got my business!

My transmission light came on so I contacted the Hertz (where I bought the car from) and asked for recommendations. I also wanted the oil checked and mentioned that my car play was not working. The manager called Imports, explained my 3 issues and made an appointment for me on Saturday at 10. I showed up and they had a blank look on their faces. I explained that I had an appointment and the 3 issues and also explained that the manager from Hertz called and talked to Leon. The mechanic did a diagnostic on the car and then talked to Mark (imports mgr) . Mark called Hertz to get the story. I am sitting there watching the interactions. I stood up to help explain things and he waved for me to sit down. Then I asked about the radio and he laughed at me stating that they did not do radios. I said that the Hertz manager wasn't sure if Imports could help me, but they would know of a place I could take it to. Mark laughed at me again. nothing was explained to me about the transmission light. I left feeling very degraded and frustrating.

The customer service and repair service is amazing. They are honest and hard worker if it’s something they can’t fix they will let you know right away. I highly recommend them . Call or just show up these guys are great!

I have been going here for 20 years. Speak to Ross (the owner) or Mark (the manager). They do fantastic work at very, very reasonable prices. They are HONEST and always work with you and give you options. I have sent people there who got high quotes elsewhere or had bad experiences and everyone I have sent was amazed at their honesty and the quality of the work they do. I had bought a car at Hertz Car Sales and my battery died. Hertz sent me to import Performance. They quickly diagnosed the issue, changed the battery and had me on my way in less than 20 minutes. I was very impressed with their work, their professionalism and that they were super nice!

Unexpectedly needed a car battery replaced this morning. I called Imports Performance and spoke to Mark. He and the entire staff were extremely professionally and accommodating. From the time that we arrived until the time we left lasted about 30-minutes tops. I've passed by this business several times over the years and never knew it was here. Will definitely keep them in mind.

I have been going here for probably over 15 years. From the very beginning I knew they were great because they initially gave me 2 options on how to repair something and one was much less expensive and they said there was no downside. Also I sent somebody over there who was told they needed their brakes replaced and it was going to cost $300 and when this person went to Imports Performance they said that their brakes were fine and they did not need any repair. They're honest, thorough, and the work they do is impeccable and they're very accommodating. Their charges are very reasonable.
