Worst people here in this location I normally go to Sacramento but they are close to my house I went to them I have a business account and want to deposit a check they didn’t accepted and then I went to Sacramento on Marconi Ave and they did and withdrew money form there I back to here location in Lincoln to get more withdraw will it’s in process pending I can give you the money. Assistant manager Mary Ann and the two Mexican ladies rude and make it difficult on you . I’m not begging you to get money, it’s my money and my check want to deposit. If you don’t have that money in the bank you can tell me I don’t have that much amount here. Not recommended and I hope they take an action towards you.

FIX YOUR ATM MACHINES!! ALWAYS SPITS MY MONEY OUT AND THEY ARE BRAND NEW BILLS. I HAVE BILLS TO PAY AND I WORK UNTIL 5 PM. YOUR MACHINES ARE OUTDATED. YOU CLOSE YOUR LOBBY TOO EARLY. I CAN'T WAIT TO CHANGE BANKS!! LAST WEEK THE PICTURE BELOW IS WHAT THE ATM MACHINE LOOKED LIKE, UNACCEPTABLE!!!

ATM machines still horrible, it won't accept bills that are perfectly fine and spits them out. Went to the bank the other day and this is the same machine that had the front piece off. It looked like this. Nice job BOA. One of the richest banks and they can't even fix their machines. What a joke.

Will be closing account as the bank takes 8 days to clear a check written on a Chase bank account. (Both of these banks are right next to each other in the same parking lot.) I called the branch and after waiting on hold for over 25 minutes, nobody picked up the phone. I have had my cars, houses, and accounts with B of A for over 20 years. I will not be returning.

000 start with this branch. Actually I went to get money because I need to pay my rent and the agent didn't let me get money because it was being deposite from wires . After been 20 years of costumer definitely I have to think twice if I want to continued with this bank. thank God I have wells Fargo too and they help Quickly . Also I Zelle my husband 2000 to see if he Will going to get anything but it was the same answer you can't take the money because is a lot..what hell maybe the Bank is the one who has not money available for the costumer

I wish I could leave less than 1 star. First, it's impossible to get help or speak to anyone at this branch over the phone. Next, they have proven to me over and over that they have ZERO concern for their clients. My mom passed away, and so I've had to try and deal with her accounts after her death. They've sent me letters asking for documents, you bring them in and no one can help you. No appointments available. In this incredibly painful time, each and every step has been difficult with this bank, and at the other bank my mom had, everything was completed within 2 visits.
The manager was wonderful and made time to see me right away, she asked me to call estate services. Which I did and then came in with the correct documents at her request. Once again no one can help me fax a simple form in after verifying the document. With the exception of the manager, every single person at this branch has shown zero effort to put out minimal customer service or assistance for a client such as myself for over 30 years. Do yourself a service and bank at Golden 1.

No staff. Use their ATM is fine but otherwise call 800 #.... If other services are needed, good luck and still call 800# to schedule a meeting way out in future.

Good ol bank of America always wants to take control on how much money I can take out from my account. Came in for a withdrawal of 6k told me its over my withdrawal limit when I've withdrawn over 20k in 1 day in the past. Bank of America your full of sh^t. This is why I dont bank with you on a personal and business accounts.
