I have had a box at this site for over 20 years and have always paid a year in advance. The last year of my life has been hell and I haven't been in the store weekly or monthly to pick up my mail. Instead of calling a 20 year plus customer who has always paid in advance, they closed my box and sent all my mail back without one single phone call as a courtesy so I could come in and take care of the bill. I am a general manager of 36 companies here in Lodi and I am extremely disappointed on how this was handled by management and ownership. The box was still available and I went ahead and paid a full year in advance to give me time to change my address and once that is done I will close my box forever.

The lady's working here are very disrespectful you can hear them talking about their personal life they have such a bad mouth shame on them it is not a very good look for pakmail i've been coming here for years i feel i need to find a different place to ship i wasn't going to write a review i wanted to see how service was done a later date no it is the same and i hope they understand they are the faces of pakmail i tried to ask for the manager for a month now and no call back it's a shame!

I really appreciated the help I got from the workers when trying to send a package and make some copies. Every time I come in, I'm greeted very nicely and they help me with all my shipping and packing needs. Would recommend everyone to go here. Much better than the other places

Doesn’t show live scan hours anywhere posted. As soon as I walked it was EMPTY just two employees. I stated I was there for a live scan and the gentleman said okay, but the woman who conducts them said she stops doing them at 3:30.. it was 3:31 when I walked in. How convenient you happened to JUST stop doing them. She offered me to return the next day. I refuse to ever return to this location for any services

I had a Livescan fingerprint done here . I have to be honest there was a little frustration as I was told the day before that Saturday around 1pm specifically would be one of the least busiest times to come and when I came the store was packed, with only one worker working.But much respect to her, Jennifer, she let me know right when I walked in that wait time would be long, gave me the option to make an appointment and told me I could leave and call back check to see if it was a good time to come. I appreciate your professionalism and your open willingness to assist me.

I been getting my mail here for over a few years. I feel like lately my mail isn't being placed in my box because I NEVER have mail anymore. I often get other people's but not much of my own that's odd because I use to always get mail. this whole week I went in nothing at all. I guess no bills is good.

I have had so many problems with my packages being delivered. I took 6 boxes to beSent to QVC in mud April. I'm doing online shopping due to covid. When I called QVC they said the packaged were barelyChecked in May 1st. I have yet to speak to the Owner for a second time. QVC informed me to get a tracking # and when I asked for a tracking number IWas told that they don't always give out tracking number's. The reason why I was asking for a tracking number was one of my packages never made it to QVCAnd it was over $100 in make upthat was the wrong color. Another nightmare was one of my packages ended up at my front door step after 2 weeks and wasn't even addressed toMy home address. I'm done with this place. I have to drive furtherto take my packages, but it willBe worth my gas and time. Customer Beware.

Even with staff turnover, this place continues to be professional, friendly and helpful. Nice folks. I do mostly package drop-off, but it's been a pleasure and a lifesaver, during the pandemic especially, for them to be here.
