It's a long story but the gist is Pronto and I were both conned by a long distance car transporter and Pronto decided to take advantage of the situation and chose to hold my vintage truck hostage until I paid him the money the other guy owed him. He told me it was his truck because it was in his shop. A real BS move. So basically I got conned by one guy and hustled by Pronto. And he charges way too much...$125 for a two mile tow in town? Yikes. Rip off. I paid the ransom and got my truck back so im grateful for that. my advise is to find someone else to tow your car. This guy will hustle you.

I am extremely thankful for this business! My brakes had gone bad quickly and were becoming dangerous. I use my truck for work too so last minute I was trying to find a place who could get me in.. The owner found a place open for parts on a Sunday and got my truck fixed up, safe and ready to go within a few hours! I can’t thank him enough, I would recommend this business to anyone, great service and friendly staff!??. Tiffany Evans

My car broke down in Stockton and my insurance found me a tow provider and told me it was Prontos in Lodi. This was at around 1 am Monday night. I was quoted from my insurance they wanted $300 because they were coming from Lodi. I still think that was too much although my insurance covers $250. My insurance told me if I can find a better provider, then I can just provide the reciept and they'll reimburse me. And then I found a tow provider in Stockton for $100 bucks and cancel Prontos. Maybe if they quoted $250 then I would of gone with it. The tow company in Stockton told me if they charge $200 would be fair, $300 was a ripoff.

The tow truck driver, Joaquin was very friendly. At first I was going to have home tow my vehicle but decided to have him jump it first. He had no problem jumping it instead, my battery needed to be replaced and my portable jumper didn't have enough power to start my vehicle. He also saved me money because I didn't have to get a Lyft to take me to the mechanic since customers can't ride along because of covid.

The nicest people and the best service ever. I was stuck on the side of the road and the driver happened to be picking someone else up, she jumped out and helped me change my flat tire. I was incredibly happy.

I had a flat tire today and this was the tow my insurance sent me, it was a woman and she was amazing, quick and very friendly. I really appreciate it because I had my little girl and she made it quick and effortless!
