Disappointed in the authenticity of care with customer service at this location. Lack of customer respect. No help. RUDE. I was trying to make a quick purchase of shoes from khols and skip the line and purchase at Sephora, along with a pack of makeup wipes. The girls behind the counter were deep in their conversation and not on the floor. I went up to buy my 2 items and one of the girls was just so off putting and rude about the shoes. Immediately she was like “ru sure u want to purchase these? I said yes they’re for my husband. Oh okay because they’re really dirty.. look the box is banged up and dirty, shoes look worn& returned. I said, well he just picked them out? (Hes in the car waiting btw..) she said “& THEY SMELL GROSS” the way she delivered her concern about the shoes was so uncomfortable, unnecessarily rude& unacceptable. There’s a way to deliver “bad news” & there’s a right way. I said nothing left everything on the counter pushed my baby in the stroller said never mind and left. In short anger, tears& disappointment. What happened to good customer service?

Went in with a list of product that I wanted to buy that I can only buy at Sephora and they had not one thing on my list. Felt super disappointed and left unhappy. The girl was really nice and felt bad for me. The store looked nice and clean but no updated new promotion stuff going on and hardly any products in stock.

The store is clean and organized. I was able to easily find my staple beauty products quickly. The young lady who helped me seemed a bit uneducated and was just trying to sell items she used even though we clearly had different skin situations. I was unable to find a product I was looking for. When I asked, she said she just used a regular product, which is not what I was looking for. As I waited for her to help someone else to checkout. I saw a teen boy and girl come and loot the shelves. I do not know if they made it out of Kohl's, but at this rate, I'm thinking this location won't last long. Convenient, stocked, clean-new. New staff.
