First and foremost, the service here is exceptional. Miguel, the owner, along with his family and staff, consistently go above and beyond to ensure every customer feels valued and appreciated. Their positive attitude and genuine passion for all things LEGO create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back as a regular customer. The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to the needs of their customers. They have an extensive selection of parts in bulk and have even begun sorting some parts by category.Whether I have a question about a particular set or need assistance in finding a specific piece, they're always there to lend a helping hand with a smile. This place is more than just a store—it's a community of like-minded LEGO enthusiasts of all ages, brought together by a shared interest in creativity and building. If you're a LEGO fan looking for exceptional service and a welcoming environment, look no further than BAM Lomita.

This place is overall amazing. Great selection of new, old, and rare sets that appear fairly priced in a clean setting. Lots of mini figures at great prices. I traded in some sets and bulk legos and received a great price, especially considering I don’t have to deal with shipping or any other headaches. All the staff as well as the owner were friendly and knowledgeable. A must go if you enjoy lego.

This shop is amazing, the selection of custom and retired sets are huge and the prices are great, the owner is super friendly and open to make deals when making large purchases. The selection changes so fast you need to visit often, to see the rotation of inventory, and if they don't have it they can reach out to their collector groups and find what you want.

Super welcoming, helpful and friendly owner and staff. They have a great selection of retired sets that you can no longer get in stores like Target, Walmart or even Lego stores. And they have brand new sets too! They also consider Lego trades. Just a fun atmosphere and great Lego community.

This place is amazing if you're looking for parts, complete sets, or mini-figs. The owner Miguel is a great guy who helped me and my daughters locate some parts we needed for a project we're working on. There are some really great older sets in there that I have not seen at another location. They have a really cool promotion where you fill up a bucket for $25 and can come back to fill it for $14 for November!

This is a solid retail business for fans of Legos.I believe the brand "Bricks & Minifigs" is a franchise with independent owners, so that often gives customers the combination of a corporate foundation of structure as well as the flexibility of an entrepreneurial small business owner's ability to make it their own customizable store as a local business. They sell Lego of all types.Their niche and value to Lego fans isn't necessarily in selling the new releases found often at Target, Walmart, Amazon or Lego's website. It's really in their offering of Lego bricks by the niche piece (you may be missing from a set) or accessory or buying pieces in bulk lots to freestyle build.Their greater value to collectors is the back-inventory of "retired" out of print (aka OOP out of production) Lego sets and mini-figures no longer available at traditional retail. Think of it like a comic book or sports card shop that sells valuable stuff from years if not decades ago, today in what's called the "secondary market" that's the opposite of a garage sale. The old Lego is true treasure and many hold high values and sticker shock price tags because they're rare and collectible (often seen as investment quality too). They buy, sell and trade here too. The owner is very gracious and customer centric friendly. Parking is easy in their shared private parking lot.We support local merchants and would even recommend locals patronizing the store for common retail Lego sets found online or at chain dept stores. You can get it in-hand (as opposed to waiting for mailed online orders) immediately. The price differential is always going to be a small % higher here, as nobody can compete with the big corporate stores, so it's worth it to support small business who will and want to be here for you. If you need a quick emergency gift to buy, this is a convenient spot to come to and pick up Lego with so many options as this store is dedicated to Bricks, Mini-Figures, Sets and more!

I’d give six stars if I could! Miguel, the owner, has a real passion for Lego and is always interested in whatever I’m building. He has lots of good ideas to share, and his store is always very neat and clean. The employees are very helpful and friendly too.Even if I don’t really need anything, I enjoy coming in and buying a tub of bulk, just to check out what’s new.
