During a recent visit to Morro Bay Harbor Laundry, I had an unpleasant and concerning interaction with a male employee matching the above description. While I was tending to my laundry, I noticed this staff member unnecessarily handling my belongings without any clear reason. I had not requested assistance, and his actions felt invasive and disrespectful. When I attempted to address the issue, the employee responded in a rude and dismissive manner. He kept his earbuds in throughout the exchange, showing a lack of basic courtesy and attentiveness. His demeanor and tone were unprofessional and made me feel extremely uncomfortable during my visit.
I am submitting this report in the hope that management takes this matter seriously. I strongly recommend that the employee in question be spoken to regarding appropriate customer interaction and respect for patrons' property. At minimum, he should receive a formal warning. Depending on prior conduct, further disciplinary action may be warranted.
This kind of behavior reflects poorly on an otherwise useful facility, and I trust that steps will be taken to ensure a more respectful environment going forward. Sincerely Jason Miller.

Proceed with caution. The morning attendant (little, short lady & I’m using that term very loosely) her name is Angie is rude. To her own race of people she is sweet & very helpful. To others yeah good luck. Sometimes it’s somewhat clean. The machines might take debit card. everything is not clear on how to pay to wash. So good luck with that too. I feel bad for people who live around this place & have no other option. As for me I’ll take my money elsewhere. Thankfully I have other options.

The guy working on Sunday, September 8th 2024 in the morning and afternoon was very rude. Taking my basket right out of my hands saying I could only have one when there was my husband and myself so we had one each. I ended up getting it but very unprofessional. We started 2 dryers at the same time and one was still going and the other was in a basket wet by someone taking it out to find out it was the guy working there. We were sitting in our car because it was hot inside. Won't be going back there

she give my wife A attitude because she was asking a question about what form of payment does the machines take?
It didn’t appear they excepted cash and it didn’t look like they excepted tap pay . I found it odd that it only excepted debit cards . Today’s day and age a lot of people don’t carry around their cards with digital tap pay we do not, and we did have cash on us.
My wife asked us straightforward question and it came back with a complicated attitude
made for a tense environment.

I would give this business a 5 star if not for the that Hispanic old lady that works there,she could use a lot, no correction ton of training about customer service and interaction,she might be the biggest reason that most of your customer will go someplace else.she is just doesn’t have any idea to treat your customers,you guy’s either train her well or fire her,I would suggest the latter.she is a disaster in my opinion.

Harbor Laundry, on Pacific Coast Highway and Walnut St., in Lomita, CA is truly a Gem! Very clean, very well maintained facility, with state-of-the-art, and very efficient washers and dryers. I went there today when my home's LG washer failed. Although I was a bit perplexed at first about the operation of the larger machines, Ms.Angie, the day manager/attendant, saved the day! Ms.Angie was very friendly and pleasant, very patient, and very, Very helpful! Also, she was constantly cleaning and sanitizing all the machines, clothes-folding counters, floors, etc. The place was immaculate! I would highly recommend this laundromat to everyone. I only hope that you will be as lucky as I was, to have Ms. Angie there. Her help and assistance was Super!

This is the cleanest laundry mat around this area. The people who work there are helpful also. The cost has doubled since the end of covid but I'm sure that's all laundry mats, since everything has gone up. I was sad to see so many machines out of order. Especially a lot of dryers. I do love how well the dryers work though. 15 mins each load and they all dried @.50¢ per and I didn't have to have them all on high. Keep up the good work. ?

Misleading laundromat. First off, the refund card I got last time I was here didn't show the refund - I knew at the time the lady messed with it forever that something was wrong with it but it was so much trouble I gave in to the lady ... she said find her if it didn't work...apparently she doesn't work here any more ........next, the washer says 3.75 on it which is already expensive. After dropping all those quarter in - guess what? They want .75 more for heavy load and hot water etc. I negotiate the dang machine down to small load, hot water only to find out the water is lukewarm at best. What is their version of cold I wonder? A nice icy chilled glass of water to pour on your laundry? ... I nervously used their previously sketchy machine to reload my card realizing they now had me trapped again (just as I was trying to free myself of them and their leftover cash on cards) ! Some machines use the card and others don't. Their money/ card machine seems to work better than Early Days but. Already want out. I'm sick f technology and it's traps...This place is otherwise spacious and nice .
