Mani pedi -ok so feet aren’t great and.. this is why I came in. Feet were soaked and a sort of buff/scrub done. No cuticle were cut, barely pushed back. Wonder if she wasn’t licensed. I Look down and feet looked dryer than when I walked in. I asked if she was going to clean it up or at least get moisturizer I was told I needed the callus remover..ok maybe suggest it before you’re done? Requested ACH removed and my nails were deemed down so thin. I’ve had prior bad experience over the years. This will be my last.

They cut 6 of my fingers with the drill.. it was awful. Will not go again

My nails came out so pretty. I think I may have found my nail place now. I had never gotten acrylics before so I didn't really know what to do. My stylist was so patient and kept checking that I liked how it looked. I still can't get over my nails. Simple and absolutely lovely. I have a toddler so they are a perfect length

Horrible customer service. Horrible work. Told me one price before and tried charging 30$ more after. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Horrible costumer service. I came In to get a nail fixed and was happy to wait and understood they couldn’t get it exactly as it was because it wasn’t their work of course. They were rude and super dismissive and basically said they wouldn’t help.

Very quick service, my nails were done within an hour and I got acrylics. There is an issue I have, they did absolutely no cuticle care. They also did not trim my nails before putting the nails on. Also, my father was getting his nails done with me and they did not take him for ten minutes because they thought he was joking about wanting them done.

Paid 45$ + 5$ tip for a gel manicure to get a low quality massaging experience and sloppy paint job. Pedicure tools were kept in a box, not from sterilized packaging, which concerns me. My friend also got nipped with the cuticle cutter. be careful, there is also water floor damage causing a lump (by the entrance)

Didn’t know a deluxe pedi takes only 20 mins and they really don’t even cut your nails down only certain ones and can even get it done right had to recut my nails myself. There so eager to get you in and out as fast as possible. Not pleased at all

10/10 do not recommend. Was charged $45 for a quick, careless pedicure. Lady argued with me over what color I wanted on my nails and what kind of polish I wanted. It was not a welcoming or good environment. It smelled like eggs. I will not ever be returning to this place. Gross

Just don't bother! They're the worst of the worst in Lompoc! Why do they insist on trying to sell gel nails to people that don't want it and do shitty job on mail polish! They no longer even try to use quick nail dry and let you leave with wet nails! They suck! They suck! They suck! This picture is of my pedicure two hours later! It doesn't even look like I got one! A total waste of money!

I came in for a pedicure with my boyfriend and they were able to help us right away. Amazing customer service and are very gentle and great with the pedicure!

They didn't cure my gel correctly on my pedi and it created a ripple effect. When i pushed on the ripple, the black gel ooozed out. I payed $55.
