If only negative stars were an option. The new owner is the complete opposite of Dr. Grain, who treated our family with care and respect for years. My last visit here was over a year ago, and never again. The new owner's staff is rude. They don't communicate, don't care, and they charge exponentially higher rates for extremely inept service. They over-medicated my dog and over-charged for services "based on weight" he hadn't gained. They are unclean, unsafe and really just don't give af. Stay away.

Beffy loves his Vet, he gets excited to come inside. The staff is super friendly and enjoy his company. Miso is my kitty cat. She coming in for her shots.

We took our cat Littlebear there For a check up because he was not feeling good at all And had lost a lot cf weight (he was extremely tiny from losing weight and barely moving), the doctor diagnosed him with sinus issues and said to come back on Monday for blood work when we had more cash to give them, and he died the next day.. They never made a follow up call to even see how he was doing once we missed our appointment on Monday.. Turned out he had cancer.. We took him to a different vet the next day who recognized he was on his death bed, they hooked him up to iv's and he died within an hour.. I will never go back to The evening pet clinic, I would hope that they would be able to recognize the same kind of signs that the other vet did when your that desperate for help,

I really love this vet they see the same Dr all the time my baby girl had both ears where infected and need shots too and the prices are very reasonable

Incredible vet and staff! They have taken care of my puppy from when I got him at 8 weeks. We just got him neutered this past week and the procedure and post op instructions have had him back to his normal self in no time. 10/10 recommend!

My first time at the clinic I did not know that I was not going to be allowed to be with my pet during the doctor's check-up, which I think is a red flag. Dr. Hardy lacks any kind of manners which makes for a very uncomfortable experience and an unwelcoming environment. He does not seem to express care or empathy (which I'm sure he has since he is dedicating himself to animal care.) Client-services act more like a retail store than an animal hospital. I would not recommend this clinic.

great and quick service for my small dog who had an injury from getting bit by a larger animal. the clinic was relatively clean but dusty. the total cost was still expensive- $56 office visit, $250+ for meds, but it was comparable to other vet clinics i've been to. they are not child-friendly.

Exceptional and caring I couldn't ask for anything better I will continue to be a loyal supporter of this office there doctor and nurses and staff is so kind they help you to understand every aspect of the service I recieve for my dogs thank you do much for the love and kindness shown and making us feel so welcomed continue with the exceptional service god continue to bless this doctor and staff

My Mom's Furbabyy Needed Emergency Visit and Was Not turned away as the other Vet Hosp in same neighborhood , We are Very Very Greatfull that she she seen the Dr and is receiving Medical Attention, See will continue to be a Patient here the Rest of her Doggie years

Incredible vet who always takes great care of my dog and cat. The staff is super nice and remembers my animals when we come back. I really feel the compassion for my pets when I’m here.

Without Dr.Grain this place has gone completely downhill he truly loved and cared for your pets like his own. Went in to get my dog's vaccinations up to date which took almost two weeks to schedule and we had a concern about his teeth. Customer service was lacking and just for the "check up " it was 50 dollars . They do not administer the shots in front of owners which is a little nerve racking. Dr.Hardy walks in no introduction without any bed side manner for less than 3 mins to give a diagnosis that was later quoted at 1500-2000 dollars for my dog to get a cleaning , I express I really would want to avoid anesthesia in any treatment. He word for word scoffs and says "well i cant help you...." even if that were true that is no way to speak to people worried about a cherished member of their family. Will be seeking other options , and will update this review to prove there are more a vet can offer than a 2000 dollar procedure.

The Vet is so courteous and nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Take my babies there and have not found a better place.

This place has gone down even since Dr Grain left. He was the absolute best, always made you feel heard, and truly cared. Each time I call the office now they never answer and or I leave voicemails and they never get back to me. At some point if you stay on the phone long enough it doesn't even let you leave anything it will hang up on you. I've tried calling so many times to make an appointment for my dog and at this point I gave up. The clinic has become such a disappointment and the new veterinarian (DR HARDY) is so rude. I was concerned that my dog had a hernia and he made it seem like I was dumb for asking a concerning question. He stated where would I get that idea from. I guess it's a crime being concerned about my dogs health from previous issues. WARNING GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Don't waste your time or money at this horrible place.
