I had to go here today to resolve a few things. I had been over billed for a data package T-Mobile had given me when I was traveling internationally because my data wasn’t working properly. The rep said they’d comp it and I was billed for it. After bad service and poor connectivity since I’d switched over to regular account from a pre-paid account, I wanted to just go back to my prepaid service.Jennifer Jay helped me and thank goodness she did! We had to call customer service because she couldn’t make this changes in the store but it took 3 different reps, having to explain the situation 4x and close to an hour to resolve! She took care of all of it for me bc she say how they were transferring me around and providing poor service.If it wasn’t for Jennifer, I would have been even more frustrated than I already was.She’s a superstar! Just a ball of positive energy and a real can-do attitude! I literally gave her a hug on my way out.Btw, when I walked in there were at least 10 ppl in the store already, I thought it was going to be a long time before they helped me but the team of 3 including Jennifer were very efficient and I was helped within 10 minutes. Well done!

Lost my phone and was broke not a dime to my name. today on my way to Ross i saw a t-Mobile store looked up at the sky and said there no way in hell i will be able to get a phone here i would need a angel to make that happen.well i went n a guy came over to help me and got me a new TLC 5g phone at no cost to me and guess what his name was"(Angel)"i couldn't believe it. thanks godand T mobile for having an angel.

Literally was in there for about one hour just waiting to get my screen protector replaced! As I was in there about six people walked out because they were waiting for a very long time!! This place is very very unprofessional! And they only had about three workers inside! And literally had about 15 people waiting! Definitely won’t be coming here again worst experience ever!

Was informed this store had a few iPhone 15 Pro Max arrive for todays release. I was the 2nd person in line and the 1st person to want the Pro Max. The representative I worked with was aware of the few iPhone 15 Pro Max that had arrived to the store however at the same time the store manager was walking around telling the representatives to say no Pro Maxs arrived. Is the store manager holding onto the Pro Maxs for friends who didn't wait in line? Weird to me his representatives confirmed they had the Pro Max and the store manager saying otherwise

Fast and easy to switch. The guys knew what they were doing and it was easy. I kept the same number and transferred all my phone files and applications straight to the new phone. By the time I was home, it had finished the transfer. This t-mobile was awesome.i suggest going around 7 when it's not that busy on a Friday/Saturday. I got the Nord N30 and it works perfectly.

As a family that has had an account for several years, we are very disappointed in this store and the company not doing anything about having their employees be ethical! We stopped by the store because our son needed a cell phone and we saw that they had a free phone promotion and thought it was a good way to get started with a cell phone for our son. However, the employee who helped us at the store was not clear and specific and did not communicate effectively what he was going to do. As we were talking to I shared I had just started my business and he said oh I have a phone for my personal, one for advertising, etc. and I said that was good, I don't have that it would be a good idea. So at the end of our visit, he offered a free line for my business and we not only got charged the first month for the line, but he also changed our plan and the bill became very expensive. We canceled the line immediately and went back to the store and asked for them to return our money back and they said sorry we couldn't do that because 14 days had already passed.

I always come out of this location with my problems fixed in a timely and helpful matter, even when I was still a sprint customer.

really bad customer service , we went at 11 am didn’t leave until 3:30 pm it was a really simple task but they had to take 4 hours and more and then when we said it was taking a long time suddenly they decided not to put the sim cards in anymore when we already paid the manager rejected to refund our money and refused to activate the sim card. all we had to do was call another t-mobile and they fixed everything and activated the card in 10 minutes honestly terrible experience with the manager especially would advice going to any other t-mobile other than this one

Horrible customer service we went 3 times to get some help from 2 different people and none of them couldn’t help with the issue we had , scamming people , charging us more than what we had to original pay , fyi be careful don’t just pay more , claim yo money and let them know u ain’t d***
