Tried to get a new phone they told me I qualified for a promotion if I add a line it will cost nothing but I'm stuck paying $20 a month for that line. These people are masterful liars especially the male staff. Avoid this store if you care about being lied to! There's nothing they won't do for a sale pure desperation

What a great experience. I was switching from AT&T to T-mobile after their horrible customer service and exuberant prices. I got extremely lucky to get Annie D. She was not only excellent at getting me a wonderful price but also helped me to fight AT&T to unlock my phones even though they were fully paid for. She spend over 5 hours to fight in order for AT&t to finally release my phone and pin code. Anyone else would have probably told me to go and deal with AT&T myself and once the phone lines were released to come back. She also helped me to move all data and even upload Netflics for me. I ended up getting almost $1500 back as well. Marshia, her manager was also wonderful. Both ladies are number 1 in my book. I will be referring everyone from now on to this store and to Annie. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

I came in after having trouble filing a lost phone claim and was assisted by Any De Ocampo and she walked me through the entire process while being extremely patient. I highly recommend coming to this establishment. Employees are extremely knowledgeable and professional

T mobile should be either fined or at the very least severely reprehended for their methods of business. In 2021 I needed a new phone from Sprint/ t mobile and that's all I needed. During the process the manager said "here take these". The manager handed me a watch and an iPad. Stupid me, I thought they were free. Come to find out, the store was closing and he wanted to remove his stock. I recently needed to change my phone carrier, in May 2023 (thank gowd). So the employee for my new carrier (AT and T) said you are still being charged for your watch and iPad!!! So there began my frustrating on going nightmare to cancel this IPad. Turns out, I've been not only paying nearly $40 extra a month for this thing I've NEVER Even turned on let alone used. (This is also my fault because I didn't look hard enough at my bill...) But I have to pay $70 to cancel it completely. Otherwise I continue to pay for it. What??? The three pre-pubescent employees that stood on the other side of the table judging me all said, "yes that's how you end the lease. You owe us $70." All I could say is " but I have never even turned it on!?" "But, you signed the lease..." Yes I did. not knowing I was signing a lease for the iPad as well . But again the manager never even broke it down for me. Assuming that I would just not knowtast my bill. Which it turns out they were right. I didn't. In my defense, I have a serious learning disability and reading very small print is next to impossible. OMG this is a nightmare. If I had purposely bought the iPad and used it I'd suck it up and pay for it. But T-mobile is committing extortion. Shame. They will squeeze every drop of money from me with regards to my T-Mobile account. Even though I no longer have an account with them...? This company clearly hires very young inexperienced people who have no idea what customer service is. They don't see the long term analysis of treating people badly. Yes I signed the phone lease in 2021. I only thought I was signing on for my new phone. As the manager never told me any of the extra charges I would accrue and that the iPad would be considered another phone line. Now, in attempting to not pay the additional $40 dollars extra a month: I've been sent to four different locations. And told to call T mobile customer service phone line in the Philippines (who by the way were horribly inafective.) And after all that to be told "oh yeah, you owe us $70." Stay as far away from T Mobile as you can. Really. Finally I know that chances are that all phone companies are deceiving and that they will do just about anything to get your money. Yeppers, but if you like being lied too, taken advantage of and treated as if you're an idiot... Then by all means, you do you. Ask more questions. Read everything. And do your research. But please don't go into a phone store if the employees are wearing diapers. Just saying...

Located off Carson St in Long Beach. I usually go to the one closer to my work since it's minutes away but they didn't have the caps they didn't get their shipment. So I went to this location which was about 5 mins away. Came here I had trouble connecting which was funny you have T-Mobile service and can't connect to the app or their Wi-Fi but the guy was cool seeing that I am on T-Mobile and gave me the cap and when I got back to the office I redeemed it. This was a nice store as well. Parking is shared with the other businesses in this small center.

I went it to pay my bill an Manny was giving me a very hard time I wanted to get my privacy screen put on my phone because I had insurance for it but because I went to a different store before an he didn’t want to give it to me because it was clear at the time an the store was out of it at the time he was really just rude an I felt really uncomfortable with him I feel tmobil need to do a better job with who they hire an this is very unacceptable

Absolutely outstanding customer service from Manny. Was having such a rough day (stolen phone and all) and he managed to help me with my claim, set up a new SIM card, and I left feeling truly cared for. That’s extremely rare these days, but Manny nailed it and I’ll be a customer for life.

Went in yesterday to get a qoute for a trade in and end up walking out with a new phone. I was helped by someone with the Patience of a Saint, Christopher (mobile expert). The whole transaction took some time but Christopher was kind throughout the whole process.
