Had me wait 4 hours in person to make an account and they were unsuccessful. I asked if they could hold the phone I was trying to purchase (it was there last one in stock) until 5 the next day since I waited and they said no AFTER I WAITED 4 hours!! Terrible service all they care about is their commission.

I was lured into switching to Tmobile at the local store on Spring Street in Long Beach by promising me (1) payoff of existing balance at other provider (2) offer of $200 per line to come over to TMobile. I have spent the last 6 weeks trying to get these rebates. Originally the store submitted the rebate information, however when callling 611 these forms were not submitted. Between going to the store again several times, and being re-referred to the 611 number, I have spent 20 hours on this without result. I submitted the information from previous provider showing payoff and Tmobile's Rebate service representative insisted the information was incorrect. I feel scammed. I was promised something and was not delivered. This is just wrong. In addition, all customer service calls are now routed outside the United States. I am so opposed to sourcing out jobs. Bottomline, please be aware of this scam.

This was the 5th store I visited in the past few days trying to resolve a problem with my account and get a new phone. The manager Tony and Sales Associate Danae were patient and persistent in helping me resolve the issue. This store went above and beyond in customer service and I am so thankful for my experience!

T mobile on Spring St n Palo Verde in Long Beach, has terrible Customer Service, and I caught manager in Lies! They kept my Warranty phone, and didn't replace it with a comparable phone ! Too many details, resulting in People in that Store being Fired ! I will not return there, they lost a Customer.

Sophia and Stephanie helped me with an almost impossible situation concerning my emails!I had not been receiving any emails for monthsAnd after about 15 minutes they had everything up and running better than new!!!A huge thanks to T-mobile for doing such an exceptional job in hiring these amazing ladies.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I was shipped a 5G internet device by mistake and was being charged for it. I brought it into this store to have the issue resolved... huge waste of time. Upon walking in, the heavy Caucasian girl working did not acknowledge me at all. Finally I got her attention, but she would keep ignoring me to watch the TV on the wall. She was totally zoned into the TV and stopped working while 2 customers were waiting on her. This was on and off for about 20 minutes before she tells me "I can't help you, you're going to have to call out hotline and get a return shipping label" I left astounded. Seriously, who ignores customers to watch tv? Both of us were in complete shock. Went to another t mobile and they got the issue sorted out in a just a few minutes. So not only was she inattentive, but lazy? Or lied to me because she just didn't feel like working that day? I don't know whether to be angry, or just confused. Either way, please fire this woman. Immediately.

My husband and I recently visited this T-Mobile location on May 1st, 2022 to update our mobile phones and we had the best customer service by Stephanie. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. We have been long time customers and can honestly say we don't always get this type of customer service so it only felt right to leave a review for this store and specially Stephanie who gave us great experience.

Bad customer service, they know more about nails than about phones. Went there for assistance and no help. The same day I decided to go to another t mobile location, we're they did help providing a new SIM card. If you need help go to T mobile on Seal Beach next to the Leisure world, they know what to do.

Sky, John, and Abdullah provided 5 star service to me today and made my experience today wonderful! Each of them being patient with me while understanding my new purchase and offering help across the board with any questions I had! Sky killed it today being quick and efficient with her every move. Absolutely one of the worst T-Mobile‘s in the area I went to get a telephone for me and my wife and I have been a customer of Tmobile for 15 years I had a special plan on my T-Mobile plan called jump when you pay half your phone off you’re able to turn it in and upgrade to a newer phone without having to pay off the entire balance when I went in there the customer service rep a girl with some funky pink hair told me that I was ill-informed and that I did not have jump on my account so I called the customer care operator over the phone and she said you do have this feature on your account so I walked back into the store and had her on speaker the girl began to become combative she took it personal but she made a mistake and she was embarrassed but instead of saying I apologize let’s get you started she took a personal and began to lash out the customer care operator over the phone asked me for the store number because she was going to give feedback to the general manager one of the worst Tmobile’s to go to don’t do it handle all your stuff over the phone with a customer care representative over the telephone the stores are terrible.

Worthless. We were given nothing but bad information. If you want any of the problems they've created fixed you need to sit on T-Mobile customer service hold for hours and hours.

No wonder this store gets 3 stars on yelp !The Manager should never Insult America in front of Veterans period! A Black man with gold chains said hes the Mgr. And completely shut us down from a Apple 6 watch and apple 12 pro phone Sale because we disagree about how great this country is and how “he”wants yo go to europe for free healthcare! First if. You dont like your career change it go to college thats not what TMobile should stand for.. we went to pine street TMobile and seen BROOK took care of us very nicely staff was amazing!

I come to this T-Mobile to get my screen replaced with staff members who were excellent and even recognized me as someone who comes in often to get my screen replaced and go through the usual process of asking for phone number and ID up until the last 6 months where I’ve come by about 3-5 times to entirely new staff I’ve never seen who tell me every time I’ve come in that I need to be an “authorized user” just to replace my screen and every single time I leave I call any other T-Mobile or multiple and ask them if I need to be an authorized user in order to do what I want to do and they tell me the opposite and even invite me to their location to get me immediately serviced with excellent customer care. It’s really irritating me that I have to travel farther to a different location just to get my screen replaced and it’s been really annoying. Please inform staff or just let me know why I can’t simply replace my screen that I pay insurance for without being an authorized user.
