Namita from Coldwell Banker Realty is a phenomenal real estate agent who goes above and beyond for her clients. She patiently guided me through numerous properties until we found the perfect fit. Namita is a skilled negotiator who works tirelessly to achieve her clients' needs. She secured several concessions from the seller and even got me some extras I hadn't considered. Throughout the entire process, Namita was very prompt with reminders and proactively managed many tasks on my behalf. She was always available by phone or text, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Namita to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and efficient real estate agent.

Be careful if you use this broker's agent as a buyer agent because the agent would not go through any disclosure with you, would not have a final walk through with you, would not get the key for you, would only push you to put more money...Also be super careful when you see house listed by this broker's agent because she will list the wrong lot size(famous case Horiike v. Coldwell Banker, actual 11000 but they list as 15000) and would not disclosure things such as popcorn ceiling, also she would use an inspector she has known years who would say the garage door is in acceptable condition in the inspection report while the seller in person said do not use the garage door because it will kill you.....stress, nightmares, depression, cries, anxiety, arguments....all because of this

Jerry Haslam at Coldwell is incredible!We were nervous looking to prepare and sell our condo while living hours away, but Jerry made it easy for us. Jerry gave us great marketing strategy advice, handled the move out inspection and turnover from our renters, performed numerous fixup tasks without charging any extra, handled the wonderful staging and photography, and was extremely helpful during the sale and when dealing with a frustrating relocation company that was working with the sale. Without Jerry, this process would have been very stressful and time consuming, but he consistently saved the day. I am very impressed and thankful for all of his help.
