Here is my story.
I had 2 small Amazon returns (but only one in the original UPS box). The overworked (and grouchy) UPS store owner on Hollenbeck refused the one without the original UPS box, and mentioned they don't get compensated on this (as if I care).
Then the Postal Annex (at Homestead) put that remaining small package in a UPS envelope, smiled and shipped without a problem (and I know they don't get compensated either).
What a difference in attitude and in the service.

Our recent experience with the Postal Annex at 2310 Homestead Rd., Los Altos, rates 5 stars and MORE! Binita and Rose were professional, knowledgeable and personable during our visits. The first time, we shipped 16 boxes, 6 of which they packed. The second time, they packed 3 of 6 boxes. We were very impressed with the care they took to pack fragile and bulky items. We were also grateful for the time they took to research the best shipping options. Despite the large size of both orders they processed them quickly and efficiently. We will continue to use their service on future visits.

Great family owned local ship&pack store. I had to open a mailbox and these were the cheapest in the local area and I've had fantastic service ever since. Super helpful and positive, I've not gone anywhere else since for my shipping needs! Keep up the great work!
