Not open 24 hours. Walked all the way from my hotel for half a mile and they were closed. It was only 1030pm

Lazy employees locked up the store a bit after 9PM. Knocked on the door, but was ignored. Honestly, just avoid this location and their awful staff. Too "simple" to understand what "open 24hrs" means apparently.

This place sucks! They close whenever they want. 2 days ago it was "closed" at like 3 pm even with people inside. Then today it was closed at 9pm. They need to get their stuff together. Or just close for good.

Woman in the morning is definitely tired of her job. Short with everyone and no knowledge of how the app works. I suggest a rework of the location cause it's ridiculous. Almost got in a fight and someone threatened my life over coffee... yes for real. Worst 711 by far

Horrible fake clerk who is obviously not from America, and trying too hard to fit in, (using African American slang ...s m h ) but wants to be rude and unprofessional to Americans ,who check you for your b s....Sorry but Americans aren't playing silly games at 7 11. you think u know Americans but you don't. So people Don't waste your time spending a dime at place. Keeping it moving.

Closed at 10:30pm. Also, witnessed a thief being thrown out, trashy place. Avoid if possible.

We needed a few food products quickly and did not mind the higher prices because of the speed and convenience.

This store is NOT open 24-hours. They close at 9PM, and sometimes earlier than that. If you see the delivery truck there they’re probably closed.

This place has got to fix their credit card readers. I prefer to not carry cash around, especially in DTLA. So until then this place has lost my business.

First time visiting this location, or any 7 eleven in Los Angeles. It was interesting. The coffee cups are held with the cashier. So if you don't see any at the counter, you likely have to go ask the cashier for one. Not sure why but they probably have a coffee cup theft issue? Anyway, got my cup. Coffee area was missing many items like Splenda. Had to settle for the pink cancer sugar packets. Also got a gallon of water. No price on it. Had to bring it to the counter to get a price. (Hey, I'm not paying $5 for water.) It was $3.50. Another lady ahead of me was really frustrated as the staff were working so slow to help everyone. The girl walked out and left all her stuff there. I was getting ready to leave as well until the cashier helped me. I get they are busy but a little more attention to the customer would be great. I could have easily just walked out with all my items and that would have been that. Anyway I paid my $5.50 for my medium coffee and gallon of water. Just glad to be out of there. Its a "convenience" store... not the Marriott.

Definitely not 24 hours. Got there around 140 and they were fully shut down, cones in front of the door. Really a bummer

Great location downtown Los Angeles. Friendly and professional staff. Great place to grab a hot coffee or a cold drink & a sandwich if you are on-the-go.
