We broke down about 72 miles from home, it was late in the evening with limited service, we went thru our insurance tow service, we were quoted a price, when the driver showed up he asked for a higher amount than originally quoted, it took them over an hour to show up (75mins) then simply said "I can cancel the order" if we didn't accept to the higher charges... we accepted knowing there was limited tow service availability due it being close to midnight which it what these companies take full advantage of .. it's predatory and unethical, they accepted an assignment, quoted a price then upon arrival decided to charge more taking advantage of our situation. Would never use of recommend this company.

They were the only towing company that could help tow an electric vehicle that cannot shift gears. I highly recommend them! They were amazing and on top of everything.

On August 27th we were on our way home to Reno from a 50th HS reunion; south of LA. I was driving that HOV lane like I owned it. Suddenly the engine light started flashing and our car lost power We exited the freeway in Sylmar. I contacted my insurance company via text. They were able to pin point the exact location via satellite and contacted Airport Automotive Center for towing. We waited about 30 minutes until the truck arrived.What a great asset Marco is to this company! He proceeded to do his job and gave us a ride to a HS friend's in Lancaster, CA. He kept our thoughts occupied by talking to us. We were really dreading finding out if our engine was gone or not. He picked up on this and reassured us it was probably just a sensor. He was so professional and knew his job.He brought compassion and comfort with his truck. A great man with many sons. He sounds like he is a great father also. A very hard working man who made us almost forget we had car issues!A few days later we were able to pick up our truck and retrieve our car in Lancaster. Marco was right! We towed our car to our mechanic in Bullhead City, Az who scanned it and it was the anti-knock sensor. It did not like the gas we filled up with. Our mechanic is so honest. He reset the program and our car is happy with us in Southern Nevada.Thank you Marco for being the kind man that you are. You lifted us and we laughed together. Some great conversations too!I can highly recommend this company and give them five stars!Great job Marco, you do your company proud!Johnny and Leslyn

Danny was a lifesaver! Incredibly patient, friendly, and professional in his service. He didn't leave until the job was done despite some unforeseen circumstances making it difficult for his truck to make it where our car was stranded. We can't thank him enough!Service: Car towing

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not use this company even if they offer you the best deal. I would give them 0 stars if I could.They towed my car to a residence where it is being temporarily stored. Before I got there and gave permission to access the property, the driver unlawfully opened the gate. Without confirming where to place the vehicle, the driver unloaded it in the middle of the driveway, preventing any cars from getting through. When I asked him to reposition it to the side, he refused and drove off, knocking over the completely full yard waste bin in the process. I called his manager, who shared the same disregard and just said the job was done and hung up.Now I have to call another company to do the job correctly. Completely unacceptable in every way.Service: Car towing

We had a car accident April 2nd 2023 and the car was towed to this company and when my spouse went to pick up his belongings, we had a few items missing from the car. My spouse checked everything when he got home and discovered that we didn't have those items. When I called to tell them about it and see what I can do, the gentleman was very rude on the phone and started to yell at me which made me think he was the one who stole our property, telling me that"why didnt my spouse tell him that something was missing" ect. And the man hung up the phone on me. My spouse doesn't know a lot of english so there was no way he was going to have a full blown conversation with the person there. Very unprofessional and we will be back with the cops and if there are cameras at this place, hopefully we can see who stole the items. Poor serviceService: Car towing

The best towing company service I’ve ever experienced especially since it’s my first time. The staff Ramin, was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. He can definitely maneuver the tow truck with ease and parked the car while backing up perfectly!The first towing company that my insurance provided was too lazy to help me.Thank you so much!
