The guy who made the deal was REALLY aggressive about the Karr Alarm. I wasn't even trying to negotiate on the price of the car, but I know for a fact that those alarms are almost 100% markup for you guys, and that's fine for the people who fall for it. The guy was so aggressive he was basically yelling at me when I offered to pay 500 bucks for the useless alarm and pay sticker price for the car. Also I was financing through you so I know you make money off that too. I've bought plenty of CPO cars from Honda dealerships and I've never had a salesperson act this way to me. In the future, my family will be willing to pay more for a vehicle if it means we don't have to deal with you staff again. As a side note, your saleswoman Sandra was very nice and helpful, a bright spot in an otherwise very unpleasant car buying experience.

Mark Barrera is one of the best service advisors. Very helpful, not too pushy with suggestions, genuinely cares about people getting what they need for the longevity of their cars. He is the reason I come back to Airport Marina Honda for my service instead of going to other locations

Mark in the service department was absolutely wonderful. He greeted me with a smile and helped me get my car ready for work right away. He explained everything - I love the video footage showing what needed work and other things such as where my car is with air in my tires, etc. I have purchased my last 4 cars from Airport Marina Honda and will not go anywhere else. I know I'll be well taken care of by both the sales team and the service every time I go. Thank you Airport Marina Honda!

Worst experience ever. My parents and sister visited this dealer last Saturday. They wanted to compare the price the dealer quoted with the price from Costco auto. The salesman that assisted them provided them with the dealer quote and a 5.9% interest rate on a6 year term. He said that he would not discount the price since my sister was not going to purchase any "additionals". My sister called me for guidance and asked if I could speak with the salesman and explain exactly what they wanted to compare. I said no prob. I got on the phone with Bijan, the manager. He didn't say hi or hello, he answer with how can I help you. I right away put up my defense wall as I didn't expect for him to be rude and I said let me speak with my sister. He was like well what do you need...I explained to him that I needed him to print out Costco auto pricing so we could compare prices. He hesitated printing the document even after we provided him with the Costco code. He insisted that his price was cheaper which it wasn't we already knew the price we $2500 less. Since he wouldn't print it and show my sister and parents, they left. I had the Honda dealer calling me multiple times after they left asking why my family had left and not close the deal. I explained what happened. Eduardo who was calling and texting me stated that they would honor the Costco pricing and that e we could work a 4.3% out with the banks they work with and if not we could go through the credit union. My parents and sister went back yesterday and worked with Carlis I believe his name is. He honored the new price but didn't want to discuss the interest rate saying that it was a lie I was told they could look into it. I told him I had the text messages to which he responded that it was a robot who I had been communicating with. It didn't make sense but OK. He said he had my texts in front of him which he didn't even have a phone to check. Mind you I was on the phone and parents and sister were there in person. He insisted I read him the text message per verbatim while I was searching for it, I got frustrated and told him to calm down that I was looking for it. He said he thought I didn't hear him, ok fine, but he cut me off and said you know maam you don't have to buy the car from here and I said ok, which he then just handed the phone over to my sister and walked away from them. They ended up leaving went to downtown Los Angeles Honda and my sister drove out with a car, better deal, all the bells and whistles without a hassle.

Unprofessional team and rude General manager Brian! I was a customer for about 10 years and had an issue with my leased honda that was under warranty. Water was getting inside and wetting my carpet when it rained for over one year! I took it in 3 times for a whole day and they did nothing and my carpet got mold so i had to spend money to fix it. They not only didn't help but lied and blamed it on a minor accident on my side door that was unrelated. I went to another spot and they fixed it and it turned out to be a manufacturing defect as i had suspected with my back lights not being in place and water was getting inside. The manager Brian and service manager bullied me around and were extremely disrespectful in their language and behavior! Both got reported to Honda. I dont recommend leasing a car from this place as they lack integrity.

I brought my car in for a multi inspection just to make sure everything was okay with my car. Bryan Aguilar took care of me, he was very attentive and respectful. Definitely will be bringing my car back, the staff here is polite and want to help you resolve any issue with your car.

When coming here to look for a new ride my husband & I were greated with a BIG friendly smile from a lovely young lady. To our surprise she was a sales person. Normally, when you walk into a dealership a bunch of sales men rush you with the "can we help you" greeting. Anastasia was a breath of fresh air. Her bubbly personality made our buying experience so much more enjoyable. If you're going to drop a bunch of bills you might as well have some fun, right?! Plus she was extremely knowledgeable. If we could give her 10 stars we would. So if you're in the market for a new car head over to this dealership & ask for the gal with the big smile & perky personality....Anastasia!

Excellent service! I recently purchased my very first new car here and it was a very pleasant and easy experience. The staff here is very professional and clearly love their jobs! Rachel was our sales representative and she was so personable and friendly! The whole dealership has a happy family vibe!Most importantly, they honored the MSRP price for me! We flew down from Monterey to LA just to purchase our new Honda CRV from Airport Marina. Definitely worth the flight!

Flew into LAX from the Bay Area to pick up our new vehicle purchase from Airport Marina Honda as the price they were offering was much lower than Bay Area prices, and our experience was top notch all the way through!!!1. Communication was crystal clear, sweet and professional. We communicated with Brian Twoomey and Jay Felix over phone and text message.2. They completely honored the MSRP and out the door (OTD) price quote that they had sent me over text message for the specific vehicle that we had chosen on their website.3. Upon arrival to the dealership we found the atmosphere very sincere, welcoming and family oriented.4. They did not try to push us into buying any accessories (although they offer them) which was nice.5. Rachel Brown was our agent. She was very personable, sweet, caring, and professional. We loved having Rachel as our agent that day!6. We were out the door in less than two hours, very satisfied!

Gotta love it when an issue turns into a success story. The way the folks at Airport Marina Honda handled the matter is a testament to the kind of care and quality they put in the job. Not only did they take care of the issue but they did so in RECORD TIME! The windshield is replaced and the car is already back home. Absolutely happy with the attention I received. Along with Lyle Ota, special shoutouts to Michelle Sanchez and Mark Barrera whom I also dealt with along the process. Airport marina Honda was and remains my go to place for all my Honda Accord needs. Thanks!

Huge shout out to Corey and Carlos! Went in just for curiosity and see my options since my lease with Toyota was soon to expire. 1st thing I told Corey "I'm not here to get a new cat just to look " well joke is on me!
